Very similar set up on my mr,gls.im using a product called raxbrax for my 2.5x2.5 Darche awning, I can move it easily from side to side depending on set up requirements and easily detaches from vehicle if I need to go somewhere without having to pack everything away,also allows me to have it on my back pergola at home over the lawn when entertaining.
