Brian Id like to make a video request. Here in PA the paylakes do not allow the use of corn. Could you post some alternate versions of your recipes that include corn?
+Brian Wingard do you ever use #600 chow? I like 600 myself because of the up/down effect but most paylakes won't let you use any bait that floats. Would love to see a video of you making #600. Thanks for the vids bro.
I you have trouble with break times just put a hand ful of dry minute rice in your chow, it will make it break a lot faster and you can pack it as hard as you want and also cast it as far as you want
MrKutzzy Thanks for watching, The term packbait comes from the southern paylakes. They came up with the phrase and it basically means a packable bait. They primarily consider packbaits oats, rice, grits, chow and a few others.
Thanks for watching. Pretty much any pack bait in river with more current will wash away easily. Just have to wait for the right conditions. I have had 10oz leads get swept away already with swift conditions.
You will get a lot of catfish off chow, one of the best winter- fall baits for carp. a good add to other packs also. good vid brother. thanks
minerbluefe Thanks for watching! Usually I do get a few cats on it and then the carp sense the feeding and move in and push them out.
