Air Drying Process - Achieve Atmospheric Dew Point of -40 degrees| Alumina Balls By Sorbead India

  • Activated Alumina Ball, the effective adsorbent used for assured dew point below -40 degree centigrade in instrumental air drying.
    Following are Air Drying Process Steps:
    1) Adsorption Drying has two Towers: Tower A And Tower B, Both fields with Desiccants
    2) One Tower is used for Air Drying, and another tower is used for Regeneration.
    3)Compressed Air comes from Compressor and enters into inlets and then enters into Pre-filter which removes dust Particles From Compressed Air
    4) Air passes through the Piston valve and enters into tower A, where Desiccants absorb Moisture from Air.
    5) Air passes through check Valve, enters into After Filter, Then Clean And Dry Air Proceed.
    6)During the Process, 12 to 15 % Purge Air comes from Tower A; it passes through purge Valve
    7)Then It Enters into Tower B, Then it then Saturated by Desiccants
    8) the whole Process is required 10minutes: It means a 5minute Drying Cycle and 5 minutes for Regeneration
