Jāvēd Ahmed Ghāmidī (Urdu: جاوید احمد غامدی) (born April 7, 1952) is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, Quran scholar, Islamic modernist, exegete and educationist. He is also the founding President of Al-Mawrid Institute of Islamic Sciences.
Ghamidi's conclusions and understanding of Islam, including the Sharia, has been presented concisely in his book Mizan with the intention of presenting the religion in its pure shape, cleansed from tasawwuf, qalam, fiqh, all philosophies and any other contaminants.

We have been given very little knowledge so it’s better not to go into such details . It has been mentioned that One day of Allah Subhan wa Taala equals 1000 years of Earth. Thus there is huge timing difference and a further existence of difference in frequencies can’t be ruled out.
We mustn’t probe into those things which Allah don’t want us to investigate since with our limited awareness it isn’t possible ❤
But Allah also says to observe things around you and seek knowledge …. So what to do???

Apka khyal hai k ayat 60 mai jo khwab ka zikar Hua wo us waqiya isra ki taraf mansoob hai.. kuch chzain common sense ki hoti hain...mai khwab mai Dunia ki sair (isra) nahi kar sakta...sair hamesha physical form mai hoti hai... baqi Allah behtar janta hai. Hum sirf Quran parh k usko samajhne ki koshish kr sakte. JazakAllah

Allah has blessed its (masjid Aqsa) surroundings mentioned in Quran. There are portals/Wormholes at this place by which one can travel to the other 7 universes. Those who assume that the physical body cannot travel to the heavens should recall Isa Ibn maryam Bint Imram who ascended to heaven in proper physical form and the prophet Enoch/Idris whose soul was withdrawn not on the land but in the heavens.

During this heavenly miracle, why were 50 namaaz reduced to 5? Who would dare to challenge Allah’s command? How come hazrat Musa(pbuh) knew 50 namaaz would be too much and prophet Muhammad(pbuh) didn’t know and made to go back several times to ask for reductions.
This posses a lot of questions about the knowledge of future and how much humans can bare…

@@shoaibulhassan9178 , another point, lets say it takes about half hour to perform each prayer, including wudu, namaaz and offering duas.
For 50 daily prayers that would amount to 50 x 30 minutes = 1500 minutes = 25 hours!!! So you wouldn’t have enough time to even complete the required 50 prayers in a day, let alone do anything else like eating, sleeping, working or doing anything else!
The question is how many prayers will be prescribed in heaven, where the day and time is endless….
Detailed and well explained. Can you shed light on Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Hadith Number 227. This hadith also discuses the same event but has a different outcome.

With due respect to Ghamdi Sahib, if the event of Meraj Al-Nabi was just a mere observation, apperance or a sight then I would request you all to change your thumbnail title, which says *Meraj* whose meaning in English is *Ascension* and its literal explanation is 'action of rising of someone to an important position or a higher level'.
Rasool Allah saw the people in jannet n jahunnem.but the day of judgement is not yet arrived.and there are no one is there for now. So it was a perception and an image showed to our holy prophet

In order to get Shab e Qadr we dont sleep on 27th. But in order to get Shab e Miraaj Nabi 'slept' to see 'dream'. These Mullahs dont even know staying 'awake' is better or going to 'sleep'. They r just making us 'fools', which we already r lol.

I agree with him. This was Roya. Makes sense because Allah says he is everywhere and there is no Physical travel needed to reach Allah.
Moreover Allah has no physical body and human can only reach Allah spiritually.
آیت کے شروع میں سبحان الذی کے آنے سے خواب والی بات تو ایسے ہی رد ہو جاتی ہے اگر خواب ہی ہوتا تو سبحان الذی کہنے کی ضرورت نہیں رہتی خواب میں انسان کہیں تک بھی پہنچ سکتا ہے رہی بات رویا کی تو یہ جسمانی رویت بھی ہوتی ہے جیسے رویت ہلال........ ظاہر ہے کہ یہ رویت خواب میں تو نہیں ہوتی ان کی ہر بات اختلافی ہوتی ہے اور نہ یہ حدیث پر اعتبار کرتے ہیں

@@msh-l33tthey can't put up a logical and sound daleel because Ghamidi sb is putting up his arguments from the same source from which the riwayati ulemas do. In other sense Ghamidi sb is a riwayati aalim taking on the riwayati ulema fro the same dources. For them tge scholars it would have been very easy to dgrugg him off had he been speaking arbitrarily in a hallow sense. Moreover he has pondered over the sources of Islamic knowledge more than msny big names in the field.
Some say, aya in bani israel is about the hijra when prophet travelled from Mecca to Medina and where he was able to establish the government and Allah shows him His signs. The ayas in sur najam is for the people of arab who travel in desert with the help of stars and how stars always show the right path and never betray the traveler
Where is Sura Takveer’s observation which confirms Sura Najam’s scenario & the very first revelation (wahhi) when prophet peace b upon him saw Jibreel at the horizon & he became near him.

Masjid Al Aqsa was built or structure was erected later period of Rashiden or Umaid period. How prophet was said to have taken to a tour to the mosque when it didn’t existed in his time period.
When we say masjid Al aqsa do we mean temple of Solomon. ( baitul muqadas)

Yes Aqsa have two meanings one is "farthest " the other is the bait al maqadas.
Ghamdi saheb is breaking the stereotype of muslims since 1450 years and correcting the distorted beliefs of muslims, he is a great learned man, unlike our moulvis who are comforting us all by story telling to make us pleased.
What Ghamdi is telling is 100% true, if you vomit your old belief and totally make it empty and then listen to Ghamdi saheb, then you will accept and appreciate.

I totally understand the whole logic of events but a qs that comes to my mind is that was the reduction of salah from 50 down to 5, (which remain the same number in Lauh e Mahfooz ) was ordered or done in a dream ( roya) ?
