    Thank you for posting this. It would have been helpful to see you put everything back together but I managed to figure it out. Fixed my daughter's iPhone 11's side button which had come unscrewed on one end. The other side was a bit loosey goosey as well as a few other screws in there so I don't know what's going on over there. But thanks again.

    Hi brother my iPhone 11 is new but now the power button is not working didn’t drop or damaged I don’t know why it’s not working normally when u clicking power button it’s lil bit hard and can hear sounds but now it’s not

      You will need to replace the entire power button flex ribbon

    is there a possibility that truetone and/or face id will permanently be unavailable once the power buttn that's stuck be repaired? hoping for an answer

      Repairing the power button will have no affect on truetone or Face ID.

    Is there a way to not use a dremel? Could i scrape some of it off with a knife or a razor, to make it low again?

      I think the metal will be too hard to use a knife. Also it won't finish off nicely.
