- The Kohya HRFix in Webui Forge is a great way to generate higher resolution images without getting deformities, it's quite easy to use and not that intensive on your system. It's pretty straight forward but it will take some experimenting to see what's the best settings for your image. In this video I'll give you my best settings based on my own tests but as always, your milage may vary.

Which integrated feature do you want to see next?
HyperTile, please.
Thanks for this!
I noticed that a lot of my renders looked elongated and thought it was just a quirk of the process when generating taller images... now I know how to fix it!
Cheers for another superb video by the way. 🤘
You're welcome and glad you found it useful. Most of these integrated features work very well together, too much to cover in one video so stay tuned for the others and eventually I'll go into how each of them can be used in conjunction with each other. 👍
Thank you so very much for going that deep into the details of Forge. Happy to hear you will explain some other features of this great alternative to a1111. 💪👍💕
Thank you! I was wondering when someone was going to make videos on the things that FORGE has integrated into it.
Glad this was helpful, there really isn't much on this stuff which is surprising! More to come!
It was! Thank you. I will be sticking around to see what you post next! @@MonzonMedia
Great explanation. Are there still plans for videos on FreeU and Dynamic Thresholding?
Indeed bud, just haven't gotten to edit it just yet but will soon!
2:30 Tiny cars are trending in Europe! But here in USA, no chance
Hahaha! I personally like them! We have a 2012 Mini Cooper that we absolutely love. 👍🏼
Hello, I want you to explain in the video how to add VAE in the fooocus.
Especially the "Animagine XL V3.1" model where there is a note written "This checkpoint recommends a VAE, download and place it in the VAE folder."
Great videos and keep it up don't stop
Can you create a tutorial on the "Train" tab in WebUI Forge? Is that where I can train my own LoRAs?
It's a shame that these features are not documented. Also many things are not being fixed or changed in forge, does seem to be on a really low priority by the developers (that have many other projects going on). I think in the settings with the "end percentage" you can also fix problems by raising it a bit, not sure though if it affects the overall image quality.
Also what I've found, that hiresfix does not work as well with some of the newer lightning models, kohya hrf did work better there.
The documentation that is available isn't really meant for the average Joe (like me hahaha!), more for researchers and developers and often times hard to find. As for maintaining Forge I can say there is a team working on it almost daily which do it voluntarily, you can see the things they are working on from the PR requests and issues on Github, things just take time. That being said, I haven't had any major issues and compared to A1111 it's been a joy to use.
I'm still playing around with this and learning more and how the other integrated options work well together. Once I go over the main ones, I'll do a video on how to use them together. It's really quite intriguing and can be very useful in some use cases.
Thanks for the tutorial. I have a question. The subject of your video is Webui Forge, but a little bit further in you mentioned that you're running SDXL . Forge runs 1.5. Is there a new branch or what's going on? Thanks for your attention my question.
Forge runs SDXL and SD1.5. Not sure where you heard that Forge is SD1.5 only?
@@MonzonMedia Thanks for your speedy reply. I checked the documentationand, duh, you are right. I think I was thrown because I modified the web-user.bat to point to my 1.6 installation in order to use my checkpoints (via:@REM set A1111_HOME=). Using these modifications, does that just point the install to the loras, checkpoints etc? Or, does it instruct forge to use my 1.6 install?
Thank you for your tutorial. I can generate and download my images from Forge, but the preview window cannot display. It's the latest version and I have reinstalled it or reset it several times, but just wouldn’t work. Could you tell me how to fix it?
Sounds like your preview settings might need some adjustments. Go to settings tab, on the left panel look for "live previews". There you will find some options. Check if the following are check on: "Show progress bar, Show live previews of the created image, show previews of all images generated in a batch as a grid". Then just below look for "Live preview subject" and make sure "prompt" is selected. Hope that helps! If not let me know.
Thank you. These were already selected when I opened setting. It shows live previews, but the final completion does not stay in the display. It returns to black as soon as the generation progress is done. I am unable to see the generated image on the window directly. @@MonzonMedia
960x1728 image generated in only 15 seconds? o_O howww
I was using an SDXL lightning model which is faster to generate with only 2-6 steps. I did mention the model in the beginning. 👍
@@MonzonMedia Oh I see, I didn't know lightning models were a thing. Thanks!
@@Modusprimax all good! They don’t output the same quality however they’ve improved quite a bit. I go over some here th-cam.com/video/__fbfQvbIZI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=p_PwyaRORK4MdduY
