OMG!!!! But why? and who did you talk to, to get that information? I had to leave a message, they called me back, then took a message and told me I have to wait 5-7 business days for a Senior Representative to call me :(..... All the while I can't get this contract with a neighboring company as they are looking to send their employees to a company listed on IDFPR's vendor list.
I don’t have a specific experience with them dealing with live scan, but dealing with specific IL state agencies overall. It’s always an up & down journey. Back in the day, it got so bad for me in getting my nursing paperwork processed that I just took it to Google. I did a MAD search and happened upon the private office line of a big whig. He was very cordial and got me squared away immediately. But I think the only reason it went in that direction, is because he was genuinely shocked and really impressed on how I came across his office details. When I say he couldn’t get past that part. He just kept asking over and over, “and you saw MY number? Online? Interesting! Very interesting!” 😂 So I would probably suggest that. Look for some kind of page that lists people’s names for an event they had, or just lists the names in general. Call a main line and get directory straight to that person, they’ll probably be so blown away, they’ll be motivated to help you too!
Hello. Any progress? Im in Illinois as 3:33 😂well ( close to Saint Louis) and i was interested, but i placed some calls and these agencies don’t provide clear information. Can we do ink printing without approval?
Hi! I am still waiting. They have EVEYTHING. No one is responding to the third party company they have as middle men either. I often call the Manager and they don't have a response. I am unsure if you can legally proceed with ink printing. I heard that people are doing it though.
I just found out yesterday that my license will take until at least 12.28 to process - a full 28 weeks!!!! And that’s obviously a hopeful estimate.

Hi! Just following up! Any luck yet?
Honestly, I am not surprised. But I am annoyed that their ways haven’t really changed. It’s 2023, practically 2024!!!!
What’s your experience with them?

Did you ever start doing the livescan fingerprinting?
No….. I’m waiting for IDFPR to certify me
