Any Capture Map
No Cooldowns
Only Dash and stay in the air, while taking out the enemy team with the dash
if touching the ground or got killed, then you are out
if all 6 genjis of one team is out then the other team wins the round

-1 Tracer
- 6 Riegnhardts
-Middle of Illios with hole (No leaving middle)
- reignhardts have to charge and Tracer has to dodge charges, she can Use all her abilities
-If she falls in the hole by herself she can't teleport out
- Reignharfts must charge tracer in the hole, if they all fall in they lose but if they charge the tracer in the hole and there is still at least one left the Reignhardts win

Obstacle Course: in Overwatch, four Bastions (who must stay in sentry) and two Torbjorns (who can only use level one turrets) have to set up around the map, and cannot move. This team has 30 seconds to set up.
The other team, consisting of Tracers or Soldier 76s, have increased movement speed, but decreased health (so they can be killed with 4 shots of Torbs turret). They cannot attack the enemy and must run from their spawn to the enemy spawn without dying.

Ghosts are the reapers and busters are the Zaryas
Zaryas have increases health and damage
Map is kings row reapers starts at attckers time and have to kill the zaryas and if a reaper is killed he has to go to the room at the end in front of the payload when you win and wait for a reaper to tag them free
Each round is 7 minutes and if all the Zaryas are dead then the reapers win but if the Zaryas or a Zaryas is alive then Zaryas win

THIS is the real challenge though!
Space Regby. We have Phara with reduced damage and flying ability cooldown and an opposing team of Reinhards with reduced shockwave damage. We also have a bunch of Junkrats in the same team with Phara, but playing AGAINST her, so they can bomb up Reinhardts allowing them to smash the bird. Phara wins if survives for 3 minutes, others - vice versa.
(Another version of this game can be with two teams (two Pharas) redistributed between Reds / Blues)
Probably should be played on Ilios Ruins or Well.

For the Queen:
There are 5 Reinhardts per team, along with 1 Ana per team. The Reinhardts' goal is to successfully push the payload on Eichenwald. The catch, is that there is 50% reduced health and Ana (the Queen) must back her Knights up. Only one Ana ult is allowed per round, though Rein can ult any time.
*Note*: This is played in competitive mode.

Here's a custom game idea,
Marco Polo, go into a custom games with zero percent cool downs, 1 team with one roadhog, and one team with 6 sombras, the roadhog has to find and kill all the sombras. The sombras stay hidden via invisibility, she has to stay crouched while moving. The roadhog only knows where she is because of sounds she makes. Roadhog can use any weapon, sombras can only use invisibility, last sombra standing wins.
Feel free to alter these rules as you see fit, hope you can use this and have some fun.

The lumbering fortress: Enemy team consists of 1 maxed out bastion and 5 minimized Torbjorns. Ally team consists of a reinhardt, a hanzo, a genji, and a doomfist.
Goal: Your team must reach the enemy spawn without dying, while the enemy team tries to stop you.(P.S. torbs can only place 1 turret each and they cannot shoot or attack you in any way other than their turrets. Bastion is free to use any mode of attack to get the job done.)(P.P.S. Love what your doing, keep it up!)

I call it the can't catch me 6v6 sombra or 6 sombra vs 6 tracer or 6v6 tracer no cool downs if you are killed you can walk around but have to switch to a tank and can't kill anyone the goal is to survive until the time runs out
In a custom game with no cooldowns, I saw a McCree POTG with him doing spray and pray. He did fan the hammer, and then did combat roll, over and over.

I don't know if someone already said this, but Zarya IS in fact killable. You can use McCree and eventually one of your flashbangs will get by in betweeen her shields, and you can just infinite loop her to death. Also, it might be possible to just charge her with Reinhardt multiple times since she can't put up barriers while being charged.

Mr fruit! I have a challenge for u!! Overwatch: Friday the 13th. One person will be genii (Jason voorhes). Genji can only use his sword dash, super, and melee, but has 3x damage and 2x health. The other players on the other team will be soldier 76. They can use all abilities except for super. Genji's motive is to kill all the soldiers. The soldiers motive is to kill the Genji. The map is random.

Seeker/s:
Gives "Hiders" enough time to do so. Can only use Lucio or Tracer to search. Has 5 to 10min, depending on map, to search. (Personal timer cuz custom skrims don't have timer anymore)
Hiders:
Can't, use Pharah to hide. Can't move when hiding spot is found. Can't run when found. Switch to Pharah for spectating. Be creative with your spots. No glitching cheats with Sombra.
When all players are found, whoever was caught first is the Seeker for the next round. Have fun.

MR FRUIT I GOT A CHALLENGE FOR YA!! O GAWD!! Ghosts in the grave-yard,1 reaper has to hide while the rest, being soldier, have to count to 60. If the reaper is seen after the finish counting, then the person who saw him has to yell, “Reaper in the grave-yard!!” and the Soldiers can either run (well walk) back to their counting spot, or try to kill the Reaper. No running or wraith forming. Overwatch!
Reaper has to kill on of the soldiers at least, before they make it to the counting spot. If one of the soldiers dies, then they are the new Reaper

Me and my friends did this in a 2v2 once. They weren't as experienced as me and my partner (they were level 40 and me and my friend was 190+) and in it, they went McCree and Junkrat and me and my friend went Zarya and Reindhart. Needless to say, we wiped the floor with them (it was them who customed and had the idea)

One team goes 2 Widow, and the other team goes all Soldier. The 2-Widow team has to hide as best they can and take out the Soldiers without giving away their positions. As soon as a Widowmaker is spotted, and gets shot at by a Soldier, she's out. The challenge is to take out the team of Soldiers without ever being seen. Soldiers may heal, so the Widows have to get those crispy headshots, however, they are not allowed to sprint. I f a Soldier gets taken out, they can't reveal the Widow's location. Team with the last man, or woman, standing, wins.
Kind of like a weird twist of Terrorist Town. Feel free to change any rules to your liking.
