I have some storm stuff not all of their joints look like that
If you are a Street Fighter collector, you've been waiting over 7 YEARS for Storm Collectibles to finish the original cast....and you're still waiting. If you're a Mortal Kombat collector, you waited over 8 YEARS for Storm to finish the line...and it'll never happen because they lost the license. Meanwhile Storm is trying to continue to stretch themselves by acquiring more relatively obscure IPs. Terrible company.
@@AnthonysCustoms Waiting the better part of a decade is not what I would define as "rushed". I had both Storm lines and sold them once I realized that I would be pushing 50 before they could be potentially completed. This is more than just playing the waiting game. You're getting a line where early characters (like the ninjas) look noticeable worse than characters released today, which makes the collection look uneven because of how long they're taking. You're getting characters from later games before they actually complete the original SF2 or MK1&2 characters. You're getting a company that is obviously afraid of making too many female characters. You're getting a company diving into other IPs that aren't nearly as popular (like World Heroes, which is a game I love), and you know they aren't going to release anyone outside of a couple of characters. Meanwhile, that time and those resources should be spent on finishing (or at least coming close) to finishing their stronger lines (like SF and MK). I shouldn't have to ask myself that if I invest my time and money in a line in 2024, will it be completed by 2031? It's unacceptable.
I love the headsculpt. Storm always misses the mark for he in the headsculpt department, i like the Juri though. For the most part they feel off. This one looks really nice though, has a really classic look. I'd love a similar style for ken, maybe give him the 3rd strike look. sigh, one day
@@AnthonysCustoms Definitely, I agree 100%. I'm not a huge fan of the SFV designs, and the SFII versions from storm look too chunky. The SF6 Ryu looks cool, but it's not the same. @@AnthonysCustoms I didn't know that, I thought collectors prefer soft goods, since I always see people's comments and how excited they are when a figure has soft goods.

This doesn't have a McFarlane diaper issue. This figure is bigger, comes with many more accessories, is much better articulated, sculpted, and painted. The price difference is easy to understand if you consider all of that.
