I’m sorry I really am not trying to be ugly or anything but if I make lasagna in kalihi vally does that make it Hawaiian style lasagna or if I go by race Filipino style lasagna nope it’s just lasagna. So what makes this “lumpia” Hawaiian style? I mean you did a great job making it. Pretty much perfect! I even shared this Tutorial with a friend so they could make it as well.

No that wouldn't make it Hawaiian style, Changing the recipe is what changes the style. but there is Filipino style spaghetti that's sweeter than normal spaghetti. The normal recipe doesn't call for brown sugar the way i did it so that's what makes the Filipino snack Hawaiian style.
