Yes all the money going towards equipment that they supposedly need, paying off a officer to quit just sounds even more corrupt. I don't think the way police officer system works too many just oh I'm the cop your just a what dog underling of society or whatever, Mostly all cops nowadays OverReact or ASSUME Based off of absolutely nothing it is quite rediculous, just like teachers how they treat different race people too there were only a few teachers in highschool that were not racist/mean/and completely rude yet They had Authority because we were the student and what they said was like law and they always side with teachers or nothing ever happens ok back to peace officers now because imo they think they are above law. Even though they say NO ONE is above law, Majority of the time they skate by because they protect there own and there own first and ALWAYS. Anyways That's just from what I've seen and Somewhat experienced and or have been told by some friends and what I've watched on countless videos. POWER is corrupt everywhere. NO IF's &/or buts about it. Weather it be racist, cops, teachers, or Judges, And Government. IMO Honestly....(Also it is not just racist it could be just they love to be the DOMINANT/or Cult Rules/ Heck even just what they believe is right or wrong, and as long as they have Authority over anyone and almost have no oversight NOTHING will change in our System/Society's as a whole.) But love your videos since I have watched a few just today.

The cops should have been arresting the boyfriend for falsely reporting a "domestic violence" assault in the first place. Or is he a cop's son? That would explain a lot! He is 18, she is under 16 (14) so she cannot consent to being in a "domestic situation". Don't these "cops" possess ANY BRAINS AT ALL????? Charge all the cops with grevious assault, wrongful arrest and sack the lot of them.

Well, TBH the dad should have been involved immediately the second they walked up instead of tinkering with the bike. I don't fault him for it and the police likely have him a false sense of security when they arrived. They probably acted like, "Just a few questions, no big deal" .

They should be put on death row for rioting on someone's property like that. Those weren't police officers at all, their actions in this video show the mindset they had when going to that house. They were there for violence, power, and to show their inner primal rage. They rioted and hurt 3 innocent living beings and likely scarred them for life. They represent the reason people should never trust a police officer in America, and if you can, avoid them at all cost, cus it may just cause you your life.

As a tax payer, I want to feel protected by the police. They need to calmly aquire information about the situation and then make an objective jugement, while taking into account the specific situation and how people might react. The police always needs to deescalate a situation when there is no reason to escalate. The actions from the police officers in the video make me feel the opposite. These people are just criminals in my opinion. Nothing justifies what they did there.

These "officers" don't need to get fired, they belong in prison. This was a targeted beatdown, they knew they were going to do it before they even got there. There were NO grounds to arrest the minor for battery, and even less to tase the father. @@redwolfexr Friend.... it is apparent that you are not a parent. You are entitled to your opinion, but no man worth his weight is going to stand there as anyone, cop or not, manhandles his 14 y.o., 100 lb. female child and given a concussion while handcuffing her. (She was a minor and they ended up violating her rights after she was arrested.) Then during the altercation, her father sees them getting aggressive towards his dog and he knows that other people's dogs had been shot in this same town by the police. (The state passed a bill stating police have to give the owners a chance to remove their dogs and the police gave him no chance to do so.)
If your father had stood there and done nothing while you had been manhandled by adult men, police or not, and banged your head into concrete and was hanging your beloved family dog, your father wouldn't have been a good citizen, he would have been a coward!!!! And, you, ma'am would have to live with knowing your father didn't even try to protect you or stop your assault, which is what these police did.
The girl now has panic attacks. The father went through hell and was tazzed. They had to give up their dog to save it's life as it became aggressive because of this trauma. Their peaceful lives are now in complete shambles and their trust of the police is torn apart.
I am not chiding you, just trying to teach you, as you don't understand, clearly. All of this, plus multiple charges of all kinds against this family from the police. And when it went further with a lawyer, all charges were dropped. Why would they be dropped if these people actually brought this on themselves and they were in the wrong? But it just makes me nervous because, regardless if they were being over zealous by going to speak with the girl, if the family took actions that in any way contradicted the verbal commands they were given by the police officers, then their case won’t make it long. Once the officers saw they were sexually attracted to the girl - they used as much force as they felt they needed to use in order to show her who was boss so that once they had her behind locked doors (generally in solitary confinement - to eliminate chance of any non-officer witnesses) they could take turns raping her - secure in the knowledge that she would not dare to report the serial violent crimes and other coerced sexual favors while in custody (and after).

Basically she’s either an 8th or 9th grader. Her father tries to intervene. He gets tased trying to protect his daughter and the dog gets damn there strangled. That was extremely rough force on a tiny 14 year old child. Why did the police officer mute their microphones? I was arrested at my home about 6 months ago on a warrant. The police said I committed a crime on June 18,2021 I asked if they were sure of the date and they said 100% sure because they have video evidence. Now comes the good part. On June 17,2021 I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle on the sidewalk just down the street from my home. An ambulance came and picked me up and took me to the hospital emergency room. I went straight into emergency surgery that they said was 36 hours long. I spent a week in a coma and another week in the hospital. I was discharged and went home. The next day I wasn’t feeling well so I went to the VA hospital and they found bleeding in my abdomen. I spent another week there. After all was said and done I was released from jail without ever seeing a judge. What ever happened to the video evidence and all the witnesses saying it was me that did whatever they arrested me for? I was home and 10 police and US marshals pointing guns at me and yelling at me (I yelled back at them) for something I never and couldn’t have done. That’s a problem. I tried to get a copy of the police report but they said only the victim could get a copy. I think I’m the victim of police misconduct and abuse.

@@brooklyn7392 Training is definitely part of the problem. First of course is the ridiculous training deficit in the USA when compared to how police are trained in other nations. The longest police training course in any state within the USA is 6 months, and it can even be as little as 4 months in some states.
In the UK and most of mainland Europe, police training takes between 18 months and 2 years. That's a rather large difference.
Another problem in some parts of the USA is when police departments receive military spec equipment - assault rifles, armoured cars (some of the same models as the US military used in Iraq and Afghanistan, just with a different paint job) and even tanks in a few cases. WTAF? Why does any police department need a tank?
More to the point, they rarely get anything approaching proper training in how to use this equipment, when it is appropriate to use it and so on. If and when the "defund the police" movement gets some real traction nationwide, this would be a good place to start - take all their military spec equipment away from them.
Last but not least, there is the problem of "warrior training" that some police departments engage in. If you have never heard about this, go look it up. It explains why police escalate so often, in direct opposition to what they should be doing - de-escalating whenever possible. This type of training basically teaches police to treat the public as the enemy. Which goes at least some way towards explaining all the incidents involving excessive force or even straight-up assault committed by police.

So apparently some of you seem to think telling me "they have a quota" clears my confusion up for me. It doesn't. I have trouble believing that they wouldn't have at least made an attempt to charge the adult with something AND the 14 yo. I don't know exactly how they work but I also find it unlikely that juvenile arrests would count towards the quota whereas I'm positive the arrest of an adult would. Some will say it's because the age of consent law in CO but at 14 her partner needs to be no more than 3 years older but regardless I find it extremely hard to believe that even if he could by law be 20 that all of those cops new the laws pertaining to the states ags of consent. -Lets wait til they all know the 1st amendment and trespass laws crowning them knowledgeable at their jobs. Legal age in Colorado is actually 17 and they do have Romeo and Juliet laws that allow 3 years apart, these two are 4 years apart so they fall outside this range.
But they are still legally allowed to date so long as there is no sex involved and I'll be honest, if it's true he was cheating it could be because he can't get any from her.
I'm sure I'll get a lot of hate here for this but I don't think it'd be the best use of resources to investigate this, there's far worse than this dude out there, like people in their 50s assaulting toddlers, I'd say resources should be focused more on getting these more extreme cases. Plus could end up doing more harm than good with these officers, for all we know these officers could take advantage of this to do bad/harm to both families.
In some other states these two could actually be in a legal relationship and to my knowledge even sexually if there's parental consent. But either way at this rate they might not even have a police/sheriff force for much longer, they have a ridiculous amount of law suits piling up against them by now I'm sure and I'd not be surprised if FBI is eyeballing them for investigation at this point.

@@adamm7760 "Listen or get tazed", what do you plan to say next? "Obey your overlords or get shot"? No, these officers were clearly abusing their power and badge, you want a country that rules with force and dictatorship like this, move to China or North Korea as this isn't how our country was made to be run. The boyfriend told them to drop it, they had no right to go after her, he has to press charges himself if they're to make a domestic violence case like these cops were trying to push.
You can't say you're not a supporter when you say things like this, you're defending the actions they took by saying things like "should've done what you were told".
We couldn't say if they'd abuse these people or not even if these people did as they were told, I've been in a situation similar where I did exactly as I was told and I was even cuffed, I didn't resist or fight back. It resulted in having a fat ass cop manhandling you and throwing me around, pushing me to the ground, into walls, into trees, and throwing me on top of the cruiser when we finally reached it all while claiming I was resisting arrest when in reality, I was trying not to fall cause the guy escorting me was throwing me around while he can't walk right himself anyway. This all happened because I yelled and stomped to release stress, I slammed my foot down before relaxing my posture. Fat ass yells out "THAT'S A FIGHTING STANCE, GRAB 'EM" before throwing me to the ground.
Yep, cause just standing fists uncurled and arms relaxed to the side is 100% a "fighting stance".
Come to find out later he's friends with one of the people involved who was my friend's (at the time) mother who's an abusive alcoholic and a member of one of our local racial gangs, who was the reason the police were called because she was harassing me (who at the time was a minor) and my friends.
Huh, cops being friends with and taking sides of criminals on top of abusing a minor as well as violating their oath, what a surprise.
I'm not saying all cops are bad but generally I've never had a good interaction with officers, the only time I've ever had one actually listen to me, be nice to me, and treat me like a fellow human was when I was being driven off to a mental hospital from an attempted suicide.
Something isn't right if extremes have to go far enough of someone trying to commit suicide for cops to act like they are meant to and treat their fellow citizens in a humane and companionate way. As it stands now you can't trust them.
I know I'm not alone in this and when people are being abused by the police, we have a constitutional right to challenge that and these police officers need to learn to respect that and start learning the laws they're trying to enforce before shit gets worse.
So no don't "listen or get tazed", retrain the police to be more humane and not always so on edge. If there's no weapon involved they have no reason to be this way and they can chill the fuck out a bit and talk. If they can't do that then I guess it's another lawsuit for the tax payers to pay up.

I’m a survivor of domestic violence and the arrest of a 14 year old child should not trigger me, but it did. How disgusting! Why would you as a cop do all you can just to get her arrested them completely brutalize her?? And to think she slapped someone and they were arresting her to teach her a lesson about violence being wrong by being outrageously violent to her, her dad and her dog?? Now they’ve caused years worth of trauma she didn’t deserve.
I would very much like to hear an update on this. 😢

This department is absolutely disgusting! These officers deserve to be fired, charged and convicted! What the hell kind of police work is this? How is what they did protecting and serving their community? The father just wanted to pick up his dog and you tase him. I would love to see how these so called officers would react if it was one of their family members or friends or even their dog that was brutalized over a slap. Clean house, from the top down! Yet another reason why citizens don’t trust this police department. Any father would be pissed off over this entire situation. What a disgrace. If they don’t have anything better to do maybe there’s to many of them and layoffs are required🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

@Blue Skies Media I respect your opinion but I think defunding the police would do more bad than good. Maybe police department budgets can be restructured for better training of some kind🤷🏻‍♂️. I also think when officers do wrong and or not follow department policies that leads to massive court settlements and huge lawyer fees, that money should come out of their pension fund instead of the taxpayers forking out millions. I’m pretty sure this would help convince the good honest officers to speak up when they witness their coworkers doing these horrible things. Right now there’s a lot of really good police officers out there that could be excellent officers if only they had the courage to just speak up, tell your partner/fellow officers to stop, relax, calm down. There should be NO fear of doing what’s right.🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤔🤔

Republicans and Dems are both getting bribed by lobbyists and no one has even tried to make a change. Voting is just a slap in the face when you're only able to vote for two corrupt leaders. Choosing between two senile old men for presidency of the United States was the biggest sign of a dystopia this country has ever seen.
