Hi Trupti if you still getting the mushrooms in the market then do buy wash nicely and freeze them when in off season you can make it anytime you want it’s last for long and even the taste the same when you make it, only thing is you got store in small batches so that you don’t need to thaw it directly use in the xacuti. Yummy xacuti I do miss this mushrooms as I don’t be in Goa but when I am there I buy and store to bring it to UAE.
