Honestly, I love this ending. That's genuinely great that he doesn't want to fight his son, because obviously, so him hoping that the conquest of Realms would sate them for a little while and giving Invincible time to prepare is awesome.

in comics Omni Man didn't intеntionally murdеr any defеnceless humаn, there was no train scene (it DID get crushed, but due to their fight as a collateral damage of two not-supermen fighting, Not because Nolan went there intentionally)
Also in comics when Nolan meets Debbie and even after Mark gets born he has some black in his hair, in cartoon he has grey hair already when he meets Debbie.
They are different things, in tone (cartoon is WAAAAY more "serious", it is like Zack Snyder/DCEU compared to comics which is more like DCAU look on exact same events like alien invasion for example or, again, supermen fight) , in certain crucial scenes, in "biology"/time frames and Kirkman said it was intentional (although I don't really believe him, he also said that Mark was always "meant" to be half-asian and Debbie was asian despite it being utter and complete lie with one look at Duplikate and then at Spider-Man crossover (to see how 100% non-asian Peter Parker looks like by comparison) OR recent Spider-Man comics drawn by other artist, to see that it was complete bs to justify obvious change maybe done in order to accomodate real life race of Mark's voice actor) that comics and cartoon are different , but In my personaly opinion there is very similar to how TV Homelander acts with how Cartoon Omni-Man acts and with Nolan being "stick up his ass" kind of guy from the get go, if you compare him to comics he is way more wholesome or just in general calm and less ominious, before the big Reveal plot twist.
TL;DR while general description of events may sound the same comics Invincible and Amazon cartoon Invincible are Very different things with Some of similar characters. Which is quite usual for any kind of adaptation, except because there was ever only 1 Invincible to adapt from with consistent unrebooted unretconned (except when DarkWing I became black man for some reason after artist switch) finished continuity with certain tone and style because it was always written by one guy and 2 artists as his "editors" at best The differences between two become REALLY prominent. Just like with The Boys btw, except i barely read comics or just like with either of Watchmen adaptations/sequels/prequels/etc.
I absolutely LOVE the way Omni-Man’s character is written. Definitely my favorite take on the “evil Superman” trope.

Mark is the Superman character in Invincible. Not on the same power level, but in terms of morals and some elements of their backstory.
It’s more nuanced than “evil-Superman”, more “what if Superman was raised a fascist, then unlearned his ways”

assuming this is a version of Nolan that was taken before he told Mark anything, so he never betrayed Viltrum or the empire thus making him and Conquest technically still allies, but if that is the case that timeline Mark is losing no diff, only due to the numbers and experience he’d have to contend against.

Peacemaker's leaked ending has it to according to the leaks Eclipso sends Chris(Peacemaker's civilian name) to the MK Universe before the anti-hero can kill him and the battle against Titan Shang Tsung, and Titan Quan Chi made him realize that he loves this universe as it's pretty much a violent universe where the good guys are "fighting and killing for peace" and he states he's willing to jump into kombat and fight and kill for peace.

That's quite an interesting ending for Omni-Man, but seeing Invincible himself is very kool to see but seeing the viltramite ship in the background likely means earth itself its about to be konquered easily, as much Nolan love his son but knowingly is sad he's fighting him
Well, this isn't what happens in the comics once the viltrumite empire finally reach Earth... in fact is the exact opposite.
The thing about Vilrumes is that the strongest viltrume can easily outfight any nubmer of less stronger viltrumes. And Mark, you know, he is Invincible viltrume.

Depends on which version we’re talking about. Season 1/Pre-Oliver he would have gladly killed Kronika, crafted a timeline where Viltrumites rule the realms and the scourge plague never happened. Post-Oliver it would probably be Nolan finally seeing the error of the Viltrumites and try to craft a new timeline in which him and Debby, Mark and Oliver rule over the realms/universe while his Viltrumites are like what the other guy said and try to keep the peace of the cosmos. Kinda like how Mark is at the end of Invincible.

Liu Kang can't literally turn people into dust. It's how he gets rid of Shang Tsung in MK11 and Titan Shang Tseng in MK1. Omni-Man stands no chance against him. Geras can do the same and stop, rewind, and speed up time. He could literally fast forward or kill Omni-Man before he knows what happened to himself. Come on now, think as Omni-Man would put it.
I really like that NRS took the time to understand Nolan as a character and why he left earth instead of conquering it.

Okay but why did netherrealm actually do a really good job with his ending?? Like it’s super creative, and it actually ties into the show beautifully?? Like obviously it’s not canon to the show at all but they tied the separate events together REALLY well.
This almost sounds like he WANTS Mark to kick his ass when he goes back to Earth, that he hopes that Mark is strong enough now to KILL him and enough of the other Viltrumites that they decide it's not worth the resources to take Earth.

I like that he went back to his own timeline. Which is good because originally these Arcade endings were supposed to be canon but if Omni-man were to stay then they would have to write him into the next story because the plan was to go back and include those endings in a future story. Odds are all of the guest characters will end in a similar way where they either willfully or forcefully go back to their world. As for the people killed by the Viltrumite empire (which ruins the stories a little) my guess Liu Kang will either reset his timeline or maybe even pull a Dragonball Z move and revive them all to allow their different endings to conclude
