A prior company was offering TS clearances as a bonus to stay with the company. They put people in for the TS that had no need of a TS but found these people left quickly after the clearance was granted. I was put in but they never cleared it but let it rot at the interview step. When i left the company, the file fell into an LOJ status and wiped out my secret. They lied about it, misrepresented the effects of the unadjudicated TS and cost me a lot in opportunities. Is there groundsfor a EEOC complaint, protected veteran complaint or even a lawsuit?
