28:00 even - so nice to see my solve times trending upwards... or something (potential spoilers below) as usual i'm rubbish with geometry, i placed the 456 in box 6 using the naked 6 to get the 789 in r4, which gave me that 123 triple you saw early on... what really held me up is my inability to read my own pencil marks and placed digits, as it took me embarrassingly long to see how the 67 pair in box 8 resolved, and it took me an eternity to find the 39 pair in r8... thank you as ever for your detailed walkthroughs, i'm still trying to learn but it's hard with my one slow brain cell
I solved it slowly, getting stuck and centermarking cells after the initial cornermarking and a few digits. Every once in a while, I caught something I'd missed earlier, and that gave me a few more digits and weeded out some marks. The puzzle finally gave up before I finished centermarking the grid.
Somewhat over 19 minutes. Happy with that. Initially overlooked the 39 pair in r8 due to too much pencil marking. Finding that pair collapsed the puzzle.
27:07. Not too bad. I don't think I caught that naked single for a while, hence the slightly mediocre time (though practically ludicrous speed for me).
in r8 why are we considering the 39 a pair when there are other places where they can be placed too in that stack. this may sound dumb but im a beginner so please help me understand 😩
Such an elegant solve by you!
I solved mine but I really had to "grind". 39 pair in r8 and couple of (almost?) naked 6s were the key points.
It’s really fun seeing how much easier your solve path was compared to me. Fun!
Thank you

@@chaosme1ster same here
Couldn't see the 3/9 pair in row eight. Scanned for 20 minutes and REALLY messed up my time.
12:40 for me. I wish I could be as fast as you when plotting digits.
I finished it in 39 minutes, using pencil and paper.
22:55 - missed that 39 pair!

because column 8 was already fully analysed, so that cell c8/r8 could only be 39, and c4/r8 also only could be 39.
@@midwayj72 ok thanks!!
12:44 to solve.
