That is actually his Berserk Attack. All the Kamen Riders have a special attack that takes up super meter and coats the Rider with a red field. They can't be knocked away or stunned when doing this attack. Of course, it's different to every Rider, but OOO takes out the Medagabryu in his TaToBa form and delivers a swift, yet powerful slash.
It's good to use if you want to make up time or if you're in a hurry. OOO has many great forms when dealing with bosses, but you've got to know when to bust out Shauta or Gatakiriba.

And finally. mind doing a walkthrough for the menus and such? I would like to know how to set everything and what they say. I can't read japanese which is why I'm asking you. I don't care if it's all on a text or you voice it. But I just wanna know how everything works besides the gameplay controls. that one is easy to figure out.
Yeah, the Climax Heroes version was much better. Tajador movements were fluid and incorporated either a couple of fireballs or explosions. It is disappointing, consider that Tajador is OOO's pre-ultimate form, similar to how Fang/Joker is W's pre-ultimate form.

I've decided that I'll be just uploading gameplay videos for now. Then later on I'll be doing a LP and a few other videos showcasing certain Kamen Riders and a -All Finishers- video. I'll have to wait until the DLC is released before I can do any videos about Infinity or Hyper Beast. As for translations on menus, I am not Japanese. But will be putting something up on GameFAQ's on my general idea of what may be what. ^^
There are a few places that have if for a decent price, such as Play-Asia or Solaris Japan. The game might've gone down in price since it been a few years when it was released. You could try amazon as well, but the price might be up and shipping times might be eh.
Truth is, Tajador doesn't have that much of a move set. Compared to the other OOO's forms, Tajador isn't the best form to get a better combo, all it can really do is fly for short while and do a little bit above normal damage with his Scanning Charge.
