Yes you can. Just be aware of the sea conditions and the tides. Needs to be on an incoming tide, (preferably around high tide), as the currents can be very strong going out along the V-Wall,; and windy or choppy sea conditions aren't very pleasant. Best too when the water is very clear and not murky. (And avoid dawn and dusk, when the remote possibility of encountering a Bull Shark is greater 😟)
