Just to mention----I'm no stranger to fatigue n stress either. and this and other music videos have been a huge help to me, also. You might want to check out all the videos u can find on the 'Vagus Nerve' and 'Cervical Instability' related to Vagus Nerve function. Both the "Vagus nerve" healing music and Doctors' videos on the subject. I just started learning abt. it myself and it's fascinating how, apparently this is strongly related to many of the things u were talking abt.
