My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

Be strong, buddy. I'm almost 70, and have been through thick and thin in life. Now looking back, there were so many hard things that eventual proved to be insignificant. Everyday you are breathing and kicking is a day of blessing.
Pray, trust God; focus on His words; NOTHING is impossible for HIM. He tells us he has not given us a spirit of fear but, of power, love and of a sound mind. Proclaim it, believe it!!! Tu que estás leyendo esto si alguien no te apoya con tu problema solo intenta sobrevivir porque solo tú eres tú fuerza y si lo haces saldrás adelante ❤

Hoje estou com 56 anos e não deixo , Jesus por nada pois ELE já me deu muitas CURAS na minha jornada de vida se não fosse ele não estaria mais viva , se eu fosse te contar os milagres que já tive esse comentário viraria um LIVRO . NÃO SEI O QUE VOCÊ ESTÁ SENTINDO NO MOMENTO, MAS SE AINDA ESTIVER DEPRESSÃO , PEÇA AJUDA A ESSE DEUS TÃO PODEROSO QUE ME FORTALECEU MOMENTO QUE MAIS PRECISEI .
