I tested it multiple time, you need the lightcone. Pela couldn't get her ultimate in her turn since Ruan Mei lightcone gives 10 energy to all allies. Without it, you can't get pela ultimate before Acheron uses hers. I don't know if it was my build or anything but I think you also need the 24% damage bonus or you can't kill the first phase enemies without using two Acheron ultimates. Might just be a skill issue for me. You still can beat it in 1 cycle though.

Tried side 2 to 0 cycle with the same team as you but couldnt get it to work then kept watching your vid multiple times until i was finally able to figure out the missing piece to the puzzle 😅 my Fei is too fast and/or Moze too slow wasting actions for her ult stacks before going into the Hoolay fight I gave Moze spd boots instead of atk which fixed it then a few more tries and i got the 0 cycle yey

maybe if I give Moze S5 cruising for the extra crit rate and get him over 90%, I did just improve my Feixiao build from 85cr to 94 on bis sets so prob worth another try my double digit cost Acheron team has no prob on side 1 (one should hope, based on this goated run 😂)
Is a 0 cycle even possible on hooley without Robin? I feel like recent MoC mainly the harder half is like barely doable without robins OP team advance.

I don't think it's possible since you need Ruan Mei light cone to get that 10 energy bonus. I'll try it out and give you an update
