Not possible cuz you study for INDIAN LAW based and to get there unless not backed up by big4 sorta company you can't get anyone to sponsor an Indian CA who has no connections in Canada 🍁, that's just not right way to make it work!

The only thing you did not cover is that LMIA can cost thousands of dollars. There are hardly any employers who offer it for free.
It’s illegal to “pay for lmia”. My Canada course has mentors who got visa sponsorship from India

Hi Ashish even I faced the same issue , they wanted us to be in Canada already.
Yes. 90% of job is in canada for those already in Canada either citizen, PR or workpermit( getting after studying in canada). Rest of jobs they might hire from outside canada. It's very rigrous process. Employer only allows to hire from outside if they didn't find talent inside. If you are lucky enough to find a lmia. Some are selling LMIA as well. I believe approval rate of LMIA is hardly 5% to 10%. Best option is migrate to Canada to be eligible for any jobs.

@@yurekammx5582 yes you can migrate based on MMBS. If you eligible for express entry draw. Currently CRS score is 525. You must hv score above 475 to make cut in next 1 year. Check your score to determine you can make it or no

@@yurekammx5582 sorry to say that. At 44 you can't make cut into express entry or PNP. EE is for people under 30 with 5 years experience. You hv to look other option such further study of investments. Try to look masters degree in your current work profile if your not working as doctor. If you hv good money look for investment options
