That same face is also in another location. You can see it without cheats. It's in that same area, the final boss. At the elevator, you you turn to the right, look down and that same face is there. I recommend seeing a video of it cuz it's hard to explain.
I looked on free camera mode on debug and like @trmbne2014 said there is another one, but I looked an found like three more faces in the kind of rock texture in that area
I always thought there was a way to get the zoomer out of Precursor basin and explore Rock village. If I was smart enough to code my own games I would add an island in the ocean Northwest of Lost precursor city far enough not to be seen from the mainland, and accessible only by zoomer. I'd also put the larger blue lurker sharks from Daxter swimming around it to add a new challenge. If players strayed too far from the ocean borders, they would be eaten by the "Megalodon" lurker shark from the fish cannery lol Gotta love player made DLC, I think every Jak game deserves a secret level that is easily overlooked.

Debug Mode makes it possible (and quite easy, honestly) to get above the invisible barriers they put up to prevent the zoomer and flut flut from leaving a certain spot. While it doesn't matter in a few cases, there are a few where it does. If you get too close to the villagers of Rock Village while on a zoomer, then the game might freeze. I enjoyed exploring Misty Island on a flying zoomer, though. First time I 100%'d Jak and Daxter and I used the debug mode to do it. Not that I haven't come close before, it's just last time I skipped a few annoying orbs and decided I might as well get them this time around since I'm using debug mode for a playthrough. Was very fun. I might *actually* have to use debug mode for Jak II, though. That game is a bitch.
