Please in adjusting the margin I don't know where to press to adjust, I already placed the arrow where you said to place it but I don't know where to press to adjust it

Place the arrow where I said then hold the left click down on your mouse while you drag the line up or down depending on whether you want to reduce or increase the margin. Ensure you hold the left click down on your mouse while moving it.

Sir my own does not have the ruler

@@ChideraIkewete It does but you need to enable it. Go to the VIEW on the MENU bar. VIEW is in the same role with FILE and it is after REVIEW. When you click on the view, you will see ruler checkbox in the show group before Zoom. Click on the checkbox before the ruler and you will see the ruler.
