This penthouse should be listed around 5 to 6 mil. The first reason is the location, it is located after the railway which you do not get the sensation of living in Downtwon. Second reason is the the open concept,for such amount of money you do not want the kitchen to be part of your living area. After all, it is still a beautiful place.

8 mil to live in a box in the sky and then you probably have to pay a mortgage size condo fee forever... humans have lost their collective minds.
