Requirement for Diploma in Yoga is 10+2. You have to finish your Higher Secondary education to pursue Diploma in Yoga. My suggestion is.. You should complete your 10+2 and then go for B.A/ B.Sc Yoga, rather than Diploma in Yoga.

Hi I wanted to know if I do my MSC in Yoga.. through distance will the certificate still have the same value compared to regular? Is it okay to do distance learning? Will we get the same understanding if done in distance compared to studying in the University as it's residential course
Yes, the certificate valuation will be same. The problem is most of the Universities don't offer M.Sc Yoga through Distance mode and the knowledge gathered will be very less compared to regular classes, as we get to learn a lot of practical things too in the regular classes, which one will be deprived of if he/she chooses to do M.Sc Yoga from distance mode.

After 12th, there are only two options: Either you have to opt for BA Yoga or Diploma in Yoga. If you want to build your career in Yoga as a full time Yoga Professional, then go for BA Yoga. Unfortunately, there's no Institute in North-East for BA Yoga. The nearest is Vishwa Bharati University, Kolkata but the department is not functional yet. You can do in distance mode from IGNOU, Uttarakhand Open University.

To work abroad, a TTC affiliated under the Yoga Alliance, USA is a must.
