Calving continues and the cows are making sure that we spend all our time in the calving pens. First time calvers can require a little extra attention.
So many babies!!!! Good thing you are there to help those mommas having a hard time. You must be exhausted! I don’t know how you manage all that by yourself.
@@calebthacker2162 What are you, 6? OH WAIT NO! 6 1/2 right?!?!?!?! hahaha I owned about 5 Cummins along the way, the only one that's worth having were the 97 1/2 and older...before the drive by wire throttle system. They had nuts right off the bottom, unlike the Cornbinder in the Ford's. But once up into the RPM power-band of the Ford's, no comparison. Now with Ford's Corporate diesel in there, hate to sound like a broken record but, "hands down" best out there.
Im sorry but as an European, American cars can and have never been the best at anything in the world, especially not a Ford. Here a ford is like having a Hyundai or Honda 😅
Thank you for sharing these videos. I'm going to be calving for my first time soon. Not heifers but still it helps to watch this. I just need a video on how to band lol.

I worked a cow calf in Scottsbluff Nebraska. Curious. Have you always castrated at birth. I’ve always done it at branding.

Love the Videos Garret. If you don’t mind, what Moccasin/boot are you wearing?
They are a twisted X shoe! Way easier on the feet for me

Thanks for watching! I guess my advise on castrating is to get both of them!
You gave the calf to her dirty. So your forgiven.
Thanks for watching! Do u know how long this heifer was working on it?
I just came across your channel. Awesome work with those heifers 👍
