I would love to see some tips and tricks (what you can do with the brush, using the filters, how to use the healing and clone tool etc...) and also working with presets (how to edit a preset you've imported on several photos, maybe a portrait, then a family photo, then a pet shoot etc)

    So great! Would you consider a tutorial on your in-camera settings on the A7iii? I've recently jumped ship to Sony and I am struggling big time with the colour profile and tones. I don't think I've got it set up right. You seem to go between Canon and Sony so beautifully, it must be something I am doing wrong!

    Thanks for the great tutorial !
    Question if I may - I've purchased many of your presets and I noticed that in some of them you apply the same exact curve ( or almost exact :)) to all the color channels -
    Could you explain what's the difference between this and simply applying the same curve to the point curve ?
    I mean , if the color channels all have the same curve wouldn't the effect be simply adding contrast since all the colors are treated equally ?
    Thanks !

    Hey Julia thanks for your video. Question, would there be a difference using Camera Raw instead of LR for the same adjustments you did on this picture?

    • @juliatrotti
      @juliatrotti  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! Nope, Camera Raw would do the same thing. I actually used to use Camera Raw when I first started and it took me a looooong time to get used to Lightroom when it first came out haha. I kept hearing so many amazing things about it so I really wanted to try it out and get into it. But I've grown to like that all the sliders are in one panel, where as in Camera Raw you have to click to open Basics, click to open Curves, click for HSL, etc etc. So for me it's a little faster editing in Lightroom.
