If you watch closely, the boss doesnt take 2 turns to get the revive. The boss gets the gray buff when its like 20-30% health.
So maybe deer like passiv, if he gets to 20~25% he gets the buff, dmg cap is probably again 30%, but hitting both to under 30% and kill them both with an aoe that does dmg cap..... Uffff
At this point I think Ellatte ult immunity is straight up mandatory

@@xtacticalnukex4 Bird I can clear with ease. But once I got to floor 1 of the Deer, my team got wiped in the second phase. Whereas if I were doing the Bird, I would be just fine with enough card RNG.
Problem is that deer isn't "hard" but the rng factor with the colour roulette made it bad
So they didn't make a gimmick like that because everyone complaint, and just made it hard on its own
Deer isn't hard, it's just RNG heavy due to color wheel. Without that mechanic, deer would be brain-dead easy. (cleared floor 3 at 1.5mil box CC if you want "credentials")
It’s endgame content. It’s ok if it’s super hard because it gives you something to work towards
@@lupus_aeterna7793 snake lady required she makes the first stage easy and the second stage well that’s a different story it have a one hit kill move that if you don’t get freezer every 2 turns you’ll lose and for some reason I never get cards for matrona in the stupid colors mini game the deer have when I need it honestly the deer is just plain unfun and stupid so I feel your pain.
even tho this looks incredibly hard, to be fair all the whales struggled with bird on release bc they didn’t know how the boss work. if i’m not mistaken, nag used goddess liz, the one, margret (i forgot the 4th unit) the first time he tried bird
maybe we need to learn how the boss works for it to be doable, but i doubt it would be easier considering how annoying this boss looks with the free and revive on floor 2.
Yeah. If it's took this long to beat the wolf on floor 1. Farming it would be pain. They probably will release a unit that will massively increase all stats for this demonic beast

It was just rng that made me beat all floors or else i just died at floor 3
The only issue I have with the boss is (surprise) the gimmick of having to kill both at once (I'm sure this is why Frayer has death but it doesn't seem to be enough) and the random freeze gimmick. At least one of those two things should be removed if they really are serious about removing RNG and specific character use from the demonic beasts. Other than that it just looks like you need two DPS characters; one of which should have at least one high DPS AOE skill, and two support/control characters that can provide cleansing and healing. It's fine that it takes a while as long as they also take their time releasing relics for this stage.
the killing both at once is only on floor 1 on floor 2 and 3 you can kill one first and then the other

I think Skadi might be useful with her passive, we might not cleanse the debuffs, but we can become tankier with them.+ we'll have a buff cancel effect just for them
I gotta say these beast battles, despite some weird quirks are pretty awesome.

@@nichtdave Yea I agree, it's the only place left for OG players. And this giant health pool + slow chip damage combo is probably gonna give more variety for what you can run. I just think it's gonna need some balance between DPS/Healing/Control

Something to note is that they both have 10% damage reduction and damage increase because of their typing.
Okay, you definetly need a specific support for this, they will probably release in a few weeks. But I think, until then, you need high damage without relying on buffs and stances, because of the freeze. So I would assume. Freyr, Skadi, Demon Rimuru and Green Brunhilde. Freyr is obvious. Skadi, because you get a big damage boost and some serious tankyness ouf of this ton of debuffs. Rimuru for removing the buffs (not necessary, I assume, but nice to have) and for decent damage without relying on buffs. Brunhilde, because she can avoid too many debuffs and may deal some good damage. But we definetly need a char that keeps the debuffs at bay. Freezing, seal healing, attack reduction. You would need so many upgrades, to keep up with that. I think, we get a unit that grants Immunity on their skills and passively disables Freeze. Maybe even Freya, but probably not.
But man, they look so epic! When I first saw Hraesvelgr, I wanted him to be a playable unit, but seeing these, I really, REALLY want them to be a character. Will never happen, but the explosion sphere, that turns into constellations looks way too good to be locked behind some serious grind. It's just too cool to not be a skill on a unit. Maybe, one day, they make the Demonic Beasts as humanoid forms. I would love that!
I've checked other gameplays and King is very good when you put it on Team Patience, in other words, using him with Queen Diane and/or Green Valenti
I finally recently got megellda to beat the bird. Have never gone pass stage 1 of deer, but this I'm even going to look at

w the amount of debuff/freeze maybe marg's buff might b useful for cleanse n the extra stats

@@buttermanaws4693 instant freeze on someone entering phase 3, gray revive if you fail to kill phase 3 in 2 turns, mind you 1 unit gets frozen meaning it's pretty much 1 turn. Also, bosses where you have to kill them at the same while fun, are bs

i think this Boss is simple so there can get a lot of tactics. its like the bird there is the blue ban and valenti Team that coud maybe work here too. i think its just time until we find simple tactics

try green Arthur with Ellate, when you raised Ellate's buff it was very tanky, green Arthur will help her survive until she gets ult

Shuna(Stance removal, heal, ult removal, dmg taken by unknown race decreased, rimuru support)
Rimuru(dps, buff removal)
Freyr(ignite cancel and dps)
Gowther(strictly for rank up)
Only thing is, this team lacks a tank unless you were to use fes gowther who kinda counts as one with his insane hp stats

You could try to use green Goddess Liz, her ult fills ult gauge by 2 and her heal cleanses on lvl 2. So you can cleanse and rush ult for traitor meli
He seal heal on floor 2

was finally able to beat bird and deer with ease and now they add this….
I beat floor 3 of bird for the first time as I watched nag summon for the sun god lol. I have the units for deer but haven't built skadi or bdsm waifu past 80 6 star so I haven't even attempted it
@@aidanwatkins8387 You can beat Deer with lvl80's because you have Jormungandr, do the mechanics and her passive will carry you.

From what I can see beating this when it releases on global will be a pain..at least even with how annoying deer was I could clear it first week and never bothered trying until jormungand was released.
