She should have told her 21-year old, at the age of 18, that he either gets a job, or he gets out. The only exception is if he's going to college, but even then, he can do a part-time job. Between the three of them, they should be able to easily get a three-bedroom apartment, at least. Likewise, the brother should have had a job within 3 months or he can go too. In fact, I don't even understand why she let him move in with her. According to her, it was no major, bad event, her brother just wanted a change.

I can’t understand grown ppl. During covid my entire immediate family lived in the same house for 3 years and we all existed in harmony. There were some bumps but never to the point where we don’t talk/police being called on each other. My family actually thought of it as a blessing we got to live as a family again. My middle brother and wife 2 kids suffered a house fire during covid and my oldest brother was going through a divorce and moving back to our home state from where him and ex wife resided. So we had 11 ppl 6 adults and 5 kids in a house and lived in harmony until my brothers were able to move back out! We take the best friend LS from cradle to the grave seriously.

Siblings can live together as adults. My brother, his friend, and I did in our 20s. We got along fine (everyone has the occasional disagreement, but there were no life changing fights). However, we were three people in a three bedroom house, not 5 people, 6 dogs, and some cats in a one bedroom apartment. I don't want to imagine the smell in that place, and feel bad for the kids. Of course anxiety and depression were a problem.

I have rental properties and in the lease it says, one dog under 25 lbs. Any violation will void the lease. The truth of the matter is, that the landlord is in a bad spot because no one living in that one-bedroom apartment is on the lease which will make it very difficult to evict them because of the animal violations and there are too many people living in a one-bedroom apartment.

Taking a "seemingly" complacent atritude is my critique of the plaintiff. For example, he could apply for social services to move his family out of a single room apartment.

I’m all for family helping out in times of need but he isn’t in need. He’s lazy and doesn’t want to pay his own bills. Girlfriend, if she exists, should take note because if he moves in with her she will never get rid of him and will end up supporting him financially like every other woman in his life. If he hasn’t done it yet, he’ll be mooching off the taxpayers because he’s got a “mental disability” or “hurt his back” and collects disability.
To be fair it sounds like the whole family is that way. The sister lived off mom as well. also didn't hear anything about the teen or 21 yr old helping out either.

I have rental properties and in the lease it says, one dog under 25 lbs. Any violation will void the lease. The truth of the matter is, that the landlord is in a bad spot because no one living in that one-bedroom apartment is on the lease which will make it very difficult to evict them because of the animal violations and there are too many people living in a one-bedroom apartment.

Well the brother did say that she leaves for a whole day in the whole night and isn’t home very much so that right there would give her seven year old child trauma never seen his mother never known where she’s at never getting attention and care from his mother. I mean seriously children’s aid really does need to be involved in that family.

I’m sure he would’ve stated that something was wrong with him when stating his case love. Some people are just sorry and lazy asf, not everyone is disabled just lazy. The sister even stated he was supposed to be “ looking for work” and going to school and working part time.

If he has 100% disability, there are plenty of opportunities to become self-sufdicent with numerous aid programs including life skills training. His inability to be self-sufficient affects multiple people in has family He clearly had the capacity to sue his family member.

You can tell someone all day long How to get a job but, if they're health makes it impossible to work a normal job, that info is completely useless. As for "work from home jobs", they're not as readily available as ppl say. Most require a degree. Can you find a link to a legitimate work from home job that doesn't require a degree and is NOT a sales/scammer job?
I'm asking for an honest answer. I am Not being sarcastic. I really would like to know of a legitimate work from home job that doesn't require a college degree. I know a few ppl who could use that info. I tried helping them find something but they were either fake, in office, degree required, or jobs that require you to scam ppl.
@@slmel7 Life skills training is just one of many programs aimed at making people as self sufficient as possible, with the Inherent understanding that there are certainly limititations depending on the individual. Learning how to balance a budget, to open an account, to applying for housing, social services etc. For those requiring more specilized care, there are numerous providers that can assist. Taking a "seemingly" complacent atritude is my critique of the plaintiff. For example, he could apply for social services to move his family out of a single room apartment.
