+martine larroque the dates shown in the GANTT chart are dependent on the dates you put in your plan. The commencing date will be the earliest date in your plan.
martine make sure that you check whether you have copied the values from the "Baseline plan" into the "Current Plan" and that all the date ranges in your data are all for the period that you wish to take. There will be SOME DATA THAT IS NOT IN YOUR DESIRED DATE RANGE that is why it is not working. And edit the data that is in the incorrect dates.

great presentation but how do you change the commencing date? it is all formula and I am not able to do it . can youy help
