Excellent interview with this man. I thoroughly enjoyed this. I've been fascinated by the Sherman case since it happened. It's such a shame the police misdiagnosed it initially, because that was the time frame the murderers needed to, in my opinion obviously, needed to get out of the country.

I recall that there was a close political involvement related to these murders. Recent media does not refer to this issue, however the timing of the murders with a federal election in the making and current election interference, it would be interesting to know if there is any truth in this speculation.

Kevin Donovan is solving crimes instead of the police Why can he follow clues and not police Without Kevin, Nathaniels killing would still be blamed on his grieving parents

You mean the illegal fundraiser held by the Sherman’s that would have disqualified Trudeau from running for pm? Barry was about to be questioned? Can’t ? a dead man.

Kevin Donavan has done some absolutely outstanding investigative journalism on this case. I have just finished season 2 of the billionaire murders podcast and it was great! I was left with a couple of questions though.. Maybe some of this stuff is left out intentionally to avoid lawsuits from a new billionaire murder suspect..
#1 You sort of brush past that Alexandra is separated from her husband, and I do realize this is peoples personal lives as well, but that seems somewhat significant considering the events over the past few years (Alexandra suspecting Jonathan, Jonathan dismantling Barry's empire in multiple ways that he would likely not have respected/condoned, and Brad being intertwined in this being one of the Sherfam board members). Was any investigation done into Brads involvement in any of this (Alexandra's suspicion of her brother, firing Jack Kay unceremoniously, selling apotex to an american company). It may seem nitpicky but its a major part of the story considering the many reasons to be suspicious for Jonathan already, his supposed love and admiration for his father - yet doing everything exactly the opposite of respectful. If there was no other reason to suspect him it would still seem odd to profess your admiration whilst simultaneously doing everything possible to tarnish his name.. (Apotex was obviously the number 1 most important thing to barry, keeping it canadian was probably tied, Jack Kay was not just a decades long employee but a best friend)
#2 I can understand the need to protect your sources - but I think you should release more information regarding Alexandra's suspicions of her brother. It seems massively significant considering that Jonathan was a suspect in the public eye well before she thought so, as well as being one of the few people on the inside to see his mindset after the fact and hear some of the reasoning behind the moves he has made. It doesn't seem like anyone would be exposed if you provided her supposed reasoning behind it - considering Jonathan already knows about it anyways. His explanation about 'him having guns' was clearly an attempt to make the sister sound like the crazy one and him sound like the reasonable one, particularly how he makes sure to mention her fiance/husband/ex-husband? also had similar guns. It seems as though that's not the real reason, or maybe only part of the reason. I would suspect it was more likely things he said..

She found something at the cottage she was not expecting, and it made her realize he was the killer. I doubt it was guns, she would have known and anyway they were not shot ... it may have been a note to himself, a doodle, something to that effect, maybe a belt around a stuffed animal ...

Hey Kev! Do you think there's any ANY any possibility it has to do with all the workers who built the house at 50 Old Colony Road? They were NOT paid after old Barr sued everyone for ... taking too much time .... not performing to agreed on standards ... using materials that were not up to scratch ... showing up late ... and ... I'm sure he found other reasons. When it was all added up, the builders were in the red.
