If I compare between Atty. Lemi and Atty. Sara, as VP , I would say Leni could have done more that better enough if she was just given the chance to handle a dept. Sorry but I am very disappointed with Sara in both DepEd and OVP. When it comes to their intellectual ability, they are totally opposite. Sara is masculine and Leni is feminine.
