Yes this truck is a beast. Still weighs over 4,000 pounds and is faster than most cars at the track. I'm going to have to do a more detailed video on this truck some day, it is pretty awesome. Thanks for watching Dave!
Question what does it have for a rear end . I have a stock 94 f150 and wanna make it go faster to be able to keep up with my buddies 2026 challenger sxt. Pls let me know thanks
Stock 8.8 with a spool in it. It still is the 31 spline axle also. This is a friend of mine's truck so I know all about it. And I own a 1993 Lightning and it is good to know the stock rear end and stock brakes will hold up to a 150 mph pass time and time again. Thanks for watching! Tom
@@tomeighty thanks and I meant his 2016 challenger so for a build for the 94 to go fast like the lightning did can u send me the list of parts please and thank you
Thanks, that is actually a friend of mine who owns that truck and it is a monster. On the dyno it cranks out over 1,000 rear wheel horsepower and he drives it on the street. He actually ran Hot Rod Drag Week with it last year so he put on over 1,000 miles on that trip alone. Pretty cool huh?
Thank you for watching my video! If you want to see more Ford Lightning trucks check out this Playlist: goo.gl/WtG9So
That looks like a fun truck!

@@toxinplayez3488 It's expensive, but he has a 351 stroked to 427cid with an F2 crank driven ProCharger on it with a built Th400 transmission.
F2 Procharger. Nuff said.
👍💪🇺🇸🦅
I wish my 95 f150 had that kind of power. Oh well factory 302 will have to do😅
I used to drag race my lightning, where did you get that hood?
That’s awesome but I’m sure u can pick up a lot more between the 60ft and 330 times probably get a 8.9 pass
This thing looks like a sleeper and a question what year is that? But as always good video ;-)
