I found Lindsay James to be one of the most interesting characters. She took a very brave (and maybe correct decision?) here and caused drama with her fights. I was hoping she'd return to the series when Emily was looking for her.
The first one I watched was the girl with the anxiety attack then the abusive dad trying to break into the school to get his son and it’s very dramatic then this one
How did Emily somehow not know her dad was already dead or at least badly injured before they left the house or that their dad was hitting their mum even though they showed her being affected by it at the house?

Honestly, Waterloo Road was the first show I saw Jenna Coleman in before Doctor Who. So when she was cast as Clara in Dr Who way back in 2012 I was like, “Oh, that’s the actress from Waterloo Road!” 😂

Max Tyler is one of the most vile characters in the show's history 🤮🤬 But you have to give Tom Chambers credit - he makes you dislike Max right from the off!

This was the first episode I ever watched, Lindsay's story was heartbreaking, her dad had it coming though, tbh.
