I use to take the middle out of slice of bread n fry it up just like that on both sides and then crack the egg in the middle n also add sweet sliced peppers n it was called eggs in a basket delicious 👍

I do this with Italian bread. Pull the center out, you should have a hole in the middle for your egg. Cook on one side, then flip on the other side .delicious

I’m out of bagels but I just bought Italian bread from our Italian bakery. Between the soothing video of deliciousness and the comments, I’ve gained 5 lbs!! 🤣😂🫣

Bagels!!! Now you're talking my language! 😁 That's a way of making eggs and bagels I haven't seen, I'll need to try it. Usually I make a bagel sandwich with eggs, cheese and either bacon or pork roll (a really tasty type of sausage sliced thin and fried slightly crispy). Another way I like bagels is with cream cheese, green onions and lox. mmmmm... lecker!

Tip: when frying cut side down, place another frying pan on top of the bagel. You will get much better browning and it will be more uniform.
