Documentary on Extra Ordinary Pension (EOP).

Central Government Civil Employees who sustained injury or contract diseases or die or a disabled or in capacitated on account of causes which are accepted as attributable to or aggravated by Government Service are eligible for special benefits under CCS (EOP) Rules, 1939. Families of Central Government civilian employees paid from civil estimates who sustain injuries or contract diseases and die on account of causes which are accepted as attributable to or aggravated by Government services, are eligible for an extraordinary family pension under the CCS (Extraordinary Pension Rules). The rates of extraordinary family pension and disability pension under the EOP Rules are higher than the normal family pension and invalid pension under the CCS (Pension) Rules.
