Yes, we are not brake pad manufacturer so we are not speedy operator. We just demonstrate the process. If you worked in Taiwan brake, all the equipment are from us.
Your mould was too much cavity.. Doesn't match the press machine.. The pressure for your mould dose not support so many cavity...May cause pads uncook or soft.. Sheering test sure fail. Do you calculate the area of mold and the cavity vs the machine? I don't think so... Do your homework before you post this reject item..
Hi Danel, Thanks for your feedback! We definitely know how to calculate the pressure needed. Our hot press(100 ton ~ 800 ton) has been supplied to many well-known manufacturers including Taiwan Brake, NHC, Xin-Yi, Masu, Glory, etc. We also export positive molding press and mould, too(For OEM manufacturer). Definitely the more cavity will result in degrading of quality, but some aftermarket manufacturer has the demand...However, we will always make sure the cavity opened is fitted for the pressure that are needed.
