I take my hat off for your capability to teach. I've been a Refrigeration Mechanic for five years now, but I have never been able to understand the wiring of the stardelta except tracing wires using a multimeter as I was taught from the training center. Your simple and clear explanation surpasses all the Skill Trainers who I have learned from. If you were my teacher for this trade or electrical, I'd have passed with distinctions. Please what is the difference between on delay timer and off delay timer

For an ON delay timer. When power is supplied to the timer, the NO will close and the NC will open when it reaches the set time. But for an OFF DELAY Timer, it's the opposite, that means immediately power is supplied to the timer, the NO and NC will function according untill the set time(NO close and NC will open)
