He forfeited his right to life when he raped and killed that three year old little girl. Someone killed him in prison? Not surprised. Justice served for the family of the little girl. They said this case should have been the death penalty. I’m glad they got their justice!
You raised an interesting question, so I did a little research. 1. The State of New York no longer has a death penalty. The range of punishment for first degree murder: Life imprisonment without parole or imprisonment for a term of 20 to 25 years. Since the death penalty was not an option, life without parole is effectively the highest possible penalty. So there would be no incentive for a defendant to agree to that sentence in a plea bargain arrangement. Since going through a trial would presumably be incredibly painful for the family of the little girl, not to mention expensive for the state, a reasonable plea agreement would make sense. And with a sentence of 20 years to life, he had no guarantee that he would only serve 20 years. While a lot of times, anything less than a maximum sentence may appear to be a miscarriage of justice, in many instances, a negotiated plea agreement for less than the maximum makes sense, especially in a situation where the guilty plea gives closure to the victim or the victim’s family. No gut-wrenching trial and no lengthy wait for a final appellate decision. And of course, in this case, he did serve a life sentence, albeit not the way he might have expected.
3 years old? Yeah. Every inmate in that prison understood the assignment.
Justice has been served! Thank you inmates ❤
He only got 20 years for doing that to that little girl? Justice was definitely served.

Justice served
You know the inmates killed him
People in prison got kids too!!!
WHY waste money investigating that man's death?
And nothing of value was lost
Coroner said he died of 134 self inflicted shank wounds
That's one that won't repeat offend
The fact that he actually even made it to sentencing and then prison is actually astonishing.
Jail is usually for a year or less of hard time. Those criminals are getting out. They ain’t going to axe him off. People in prison will though
Justice Served!
A 3 years old , poor little girl 😢😢😢😢
Only three years old. Absolute stunner of a little girl. Her poor mother. Bless the child and her family. 💔
youtube moderators are saddened to hear this news.
So a three year olds life is only worth 20 years in prison?
Prison justice!!!
Prison justice strikes again!
Now let's get that Judge out of the Job! Good lord what a loser "judge"
So anyway I decided to add seasoned stuffing mix instead of just plain bread crumbs to my meatloaf tonight and it turned out AMAZING!! So flavorful!
I use stoivetop stuffing savory herb, best meatloaf ever. Stuffing mix is so much better than breadcrumbs
They're scraping him off the prison walls, but he "died" in prison cause no one will be charged for the unaliving.
The usual suspects.
Justice was served though.
Thank you to the inmates. Know we appreciate you. ❤ 😉
I think I will be able to move on from this.
20 years ? , what was the judge his brother
Seriously?!?!? wtf
Didn’t want him on death row…look what happened, surprised it took this long.
The judge probably knew this would happen.
oh no, anyway.
Four weeks is the winner...I wonder who won the betting pool at the cop shop.
ohhhhhh
And in other news......
I don’t see the issue
So he got 20 to life. His life went more quickly than twenty years did!
He just didn't want the Alaskan avenger to find him.
RIP KING ✊😖
🗿 no one knows what happened to him inmates and police both agree i bet
Even with a plea bargain, how did he not get life w/o parole?
Moot point I guess…some convict (s) there took care of buisness.
