All the other videos & channels out there show skinny women easily going thru their exercises with a nod (sometimes) to overweight people.....but, let's face it, there is a difference between someone who wants to lose 20 lbs & someone who is trying to lose 100 lbs!
I'm not going to lie, I'm still aching from yesterday's workout but have set myself a challenge to do this for 10 days. I struggled...ALOT... but I finished it...just about! But it's not meant to be easy. Holly, seeing someone that's like me, doing this, is so inspiring and relatable, thank you for giving me the motivation. I haven't exercised for years but feel like this is something I'll keep doing.🥰

My healthy life style tool box is complete with all the tools of motivation, you. I now not only have someone who looks like me doing the workout🤗🤗🤗. But, your confident to post it. Then, actually do the workout complete with all the nuances that show the effort behind it. Seeing you do the planks was pretty impressive. Much success clearly you're on your way.

You are amazing, Holly! I've combed through TH-cam looking for workouts that really understood the modifications people who are beginners/injured/fat/etc. need and you are the answer :) my favorite modification you include is doing pushups against the wall or countertop. I discoverd that modification maybe a year ago and I'm shocked how few workout youtubers suggest that. Instead, doing knee pushups is the "beginner" form, which is ridiculous! I can't wait to try this workout again with weights. You are delightful and so real. I hope your channel takes off so more people can discover how wonderful you are!
I think a large part of the problem is that these things only consider 'slim' beginners, not fat beginners, unfortunately. Thank you so much for the supportive comments!

i always get halfway through these and i feel like i’m fighting for my life but then i get done and i feel such a strong sense of accomplishment 🥲 sitting on my floor all sweaty but at least i did it!! thank you holly
I'd highly recommend keeping up with the resistant push up and planking as seen on here. I used stairs if that helps. Getting into a gym with a resistant pull up as well will do wonders.
I am on day 3 of your workouts and i feel incredible! I’m so happy to have found your channel. I wanted to join the HIIT fad and become more active in my life but there are way too many videos out there that are only for the able bodied folk. I thank you for everything you do!!! I do Pilates and when i started it just 2 days ago i was 62 and now 61 also after seeing this i am thinking of doing these workouts too as a warm up because it is perfectly made for me so i think I can do these before doing my 30 mins of Pilates ☺️

I love your videos (or at least this one, as it is the first one i saw from you) Startet Hiit last week but i hate the german ones for plus size. Searching: Hiit Übergewicht (german für plussize) and finding really thin (right word??) and muscular people saying „do this and this an this to loose weight, and this is a video for beginners, and it is sooo easy“ and i am only able to do 5 of 10 exercises in multiple videos. and than Im looking up „Hiit plus size“ and find you (and other incredible women) who actually ARE PLUS SIZE with exercises which are way easier when you habe fat belly and legs.
