The pain Marcel exudes as he lists off the names of the people he loved who all died because of or at the hands of The Mikaelson’s, is incredibly sad. The saddest one being himself. His pain is tremendous, but it’s one of his strengths that makes him who he is.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate Freya from her literal death bed doing three powerful spells at the same time: linking all her siblings to Klaus, putting them in a complicated sleep spell and creating a chambre de chasse ? 🤩
@@johnwalkeristhatdude3018 yeah but it makes sense she just a harvest girl whereas freya is a firstborn mikealson witch taught by dhalia, could be more powerful than Esther.
Man, the conversation between Hayley and Klaus in this episode always gets me!! Hayley being on the verge of tears as Klaus tells her how wrong he was for taking Hope away from her is one of my favorite scenes. The two of them, alphas in their own right, always seemed to butt heads, even when they first met. Klaus hasn't made it easy for Hayley to love and care about him, but it’s so clear she does because she’s ready to jump into the fire with him. Hayley, the werewolf that nobody thought would become this game-changing character, not only found the family she’s always been looking for but has played a pivotal role in the development of Klaus Mikaelson.
“I can’t do this without you, Elijah.” Elijah and Klaus are my favorite pairing on this show. Though they may hurt each other (and a lot), it’s so clear that they can't function without each other. Just like The Salvatore’s. It takes me back to when Rebekah told Klaus that the Salvatore’s may fight like cats and dogs, but at least they know what family means. This episode is proof of that 1000-year-old vow of Always and Forever.
As for recap, I highly recommend "The Originals Season 4 Comic Con Trailer" it's a recap and at the end there's a five second-glimpse of the next season.
I swear it feels with each episode of every season Klaus's character started becoming better and better and everyone else went completely the opposite way.
not really, during season 2 klaus character basically went a huge down hill in terms of morality & redemption, but from the start of season 3 - yes I agree.
@@talhabinkhalid3452 eh, tbf he didn’t have to kill Gia - he did it to punish Elijah. He didn’t kill Cami cause he cared for her which means he could’ve left Gia out of it. I was only okay with what he did to Hayley cause she tried to do it first.
“In our family’s darkest hour, I was called upon to save my siblings, and so I did.” That letter to Hope was so beautiful! Klaus not knowing if he’ll see his daughter again or who she’ll be when he does; however, one of the biggest takeaways from this episode for me - and this season really - is how much Klaus has grown as a character. From a selfish brute of a man that had no regard for those he hurt, even his own family, to a man sacrificing his freedom and time with his daughter to make a selfless act for his siblings that have ALWAYS sacrificed their happiness for him is poetic to me. This is not the same Klaus from the Vampire Diaries or the beginning of Season 1. I love that so, so much.
Klaus’ face when his brothers get bitten 😭 and him saying, “I can’t do this without you Elijah” as well as his hug with Elijah…my favorite brotherhood. They may have differences but at the end of the day they care deeply for each other 🥺 I fully got emotional when Klaus slipped the letter with Hopes name into the bag. His letter to her gets me every time bc he really does just want to be a good father for her and he was giving up years of watching her grow to protect the family. Being in her life is like the most important thing to him, it’s why he got so mad when he found out Hayley was taking her earlier in the show but here he is sacrificing that for his loved ones and trusting that Hayley will protect Hope/raise her well for as long as he’s gone. Klaus speaking to the crowd about how he doesn’t owe them and how they’ll remember him as his maker just shows how smart he is. He found a way to manipulate the situation so that he would be daggered/tortured but not killed and could save his siblings. I missed Rebekah and she definitely did her part in the plan despite having that thing on her arm.
@@Black-Chocolate Rebekah is an ex-lover of Marcel's with an intermittent friendship. Remember that Elijah had diffused his relationship with Marcel in order to strengthen Marcel's relationship with Klaus, in which case, caused Marcel to resent and distant himself from Elijah in the past. Their relationship also has the weakest bond despite the lack of scenes between Marcel and Rebekah, and despite the attempt to mend both Elijah's and Marcel's bond in the present. Klaus and Marcel had, and has on occasion, a(n) father-son relationship, which of course, is a family type bond. That's where I got it from. If you disagree, then by your opinion, to whom of the three does each category belong regarding Marcel and the prophecy, and why? I'm curious of your perspective.
@@Fazzy00 Yes, of course. However, the prophecy states _"one_ by friend, _one_ by foe, and _one_ by family". This suggests that Rebekah, Elijah, and Klaus will be killed by a foe, a friend, *or* family. So, while Marcel was and is all three to each of them at one point, the prophecy states they will die by someone who's relationship to thee is one or the other. In which case, the question that remains (which I gave my opinion on), is which of the three is Marcel to whom he is prophesied to kill?
That moment between Klaus and Elijah reminds me of my favourite TVD scene between Stefan and Damon which was right after Damon returns from the prison world. The first time that they truly felt like an older brother and little brother to me. So sweet.
Much power to Hayley for watching her entire family fall in front of her eyes still being so strong for them and her daughter she is freaking QUEEEN!!!
FACTS I can’t stand that child that is how he acts. Also Klaus was never going to make him a vampire he told Marcel I will take all that is good in u away he chose this his and the hypocrisy of this fan base know no bounds
There are so many things about this episode I want to talk... That emotional moment when Klaus said to Elijah he can't do it without him. It's like the essense of their relationship. Or Klaus face when Marcel bite Kol... Another beautiful scene. This episode is pure perfection.
That’s slightly a spoiler … When Caroline came to visit Klaus, the twins were already 3, in the flashforward. Right now in TVD, the twins were just born. You’re insinuating that Klaus will be tortured for at least 3 years.
@@hali_55 i still wouldn’t tho. Jer is heavily confused on the timeline from where is stands now. Like it would just confuse him even more because he thinks TVD is dealing with Katherine. So hopefully he gets that figured out soon!

OMG finally we are at the end this was such an amazing season finale and my favorite season overall can't wait for you to watch the next season and see your reactions.
So Season 7 is actually still happening during this. The gap between S3 and S4 of the Originals is when Caroline goes to see Klaus in NOLA but he isn’t there because of what happened during this episode.
I don’t know how Elijah can say “we protect this family at any cost” when he also said Marcel was family. I always thought it was extremely weird that Hayley was considered family more than he was.
Hayley actually gave birth to a new Mikaelson so of course she would be considered family more than Marcel. But I say not by a wide margin because Marcel was raised in the Mikaelson household
Well we gotta remember for a while marcel and Elijah didn’t like each other I’d say elijahs feelings for Hayley is more stronger since she gave birth to a mikaelson and he loves her
@@rjturnr27 Marcel was raised by them and was a part of their family for over 2 centuries - surely his tie to them should be wayyyy stronger than Hayley’s
@@daraakindele9053 exactly. I never bought it. From the beginning Elijah’s never been written as someone who considers Marcel family. Only in flashbacks.
You have your timelines of TVD and TO mixed up. TO runs parallel with S5, S6 and S7 of TVD. At the end of this season is when Caroline goes to New Orleans looking for Klaus which she can’t find because he’s buried in Marcel’s garden. Then TVD final season airs and there was no TO that aired because of time jumps that happened on both shows. So S4 & S5 of TO is technically several years after TVD finale.
The finale of tvd goes in line with the start of S4 of the originals (the salvatore boarding house gets opened and Josie and Lizzie are about the same age just a bit older then hope) so yes initially it’s a few years after the finale but that’s for season 5, season four is right in line/after.
19:44 He gave him a serum to make him as POWERFUL as Klaus, not as dangerous. Definitely different. He knew he'd be as strong, he clearly didn't think he'd get as power hungry.
You were so upset that they revealed Marcel being alive last episode and within minutes of this one playing you were freaking out about Kol and Elijah being bitten. They established the deadliness of that venom well.
Coming back to this because of how bittersweet this episode is. Emotional but shows the bond of family. Klaus loved his family above all. Also in the beginning when Klaus was telling Hope how he wouldn't fail her, this girl was looking at him like "Daddy I don't have a damn clue what you're saying"
I truly truly love the scene between Elijah and Klaus with the hug and what they said to eachother, just perfect 👌 Also Vincent's speech to Marcel is another absolutely fantastic moment. Plus the ending with the letter is a really good one.
Funnily enough, story-wise it makes more sense that Marcel’s real beef would be with Elijah, but I guess it had to be Klaus since he’s the main character.
These people......the originals they have such a special place in my heart!!! I am so much into them ...these emotionals moments hits me so different!😭 I freaking love the Michaelsons!!
I'll say the same thing I said last video. Cade is season 8. Season 7 on TVD was the heretics Rayna Cruz and flash forwards. If you will recall in one of the flash forwards Caroline went to get help from Klaus but he wasn't there.
Facts Klaus has the vampires, the humans, the werewolves, and the witches together running the city unlike Klaus Marcel has always been the dictator and he’s an obvious bigot for the way he treated the wolves and witches. Klaus never taught him to hate he learned that from his birth father.
Marcel was King this episode I absolutely loved it. Only person I felt sorry for was Klaus cause you can see him becoming a better person. But then on the other side, does that mean you’re allowed to escape any kind of accountability or justice for your past actions?
Okay so are u all for the witches and werewolves killing Marcel incase u forgot Marcel was killing and murdering innocent wolves and witches before the Mikaelsons came back to the city they built that he took. I’m that scenario Marcel was the one who didn’t see them as family cuz they thought Mikael killed him he didn’t search for any of them he wanted to the oppressive bigot dictator
Marcel was never going to kill Klaus. He's the one person he can't kill just like Klaus wouldn't kill Marcel. That was his plan all along and Rebecca just soilfied his decision.
In a previous episode, when Klaus went off with Hayley, you were technically correct when you brought up Caroline's statement but jumped the gun on the timeline😅. Caroline to Stefan (TVD 7x21): "I was so desperate, I even called Klaus for help. Who's nowhere to be found, by the way." Which took place 3 years in the future. TVD 7x21 came out on May 6, 2016, the same day as TO 3x20-when Lucien was defeated. TO 3x22 aired on May 20, 2016. So for 3 weeks, we were all terrified of what Caroline's statement meant. This is made even worse by the fact that the CW took their sweet time to confirm a season 4, so season 3 was originally filmed as an open-ended conclusion.
@@Web497 how tf is that a spoiler? 1. he doesnt know who she plays 2. shes in the first ep of season 4 and 3. hes probably already watched the ep anyways
Marcel is kind of not a hybrid tho, neither was Lucien.. I mean they have the venom in their bite but they’re not wolves. You can’t turn anyone into a werewolf that’s 100% genetic you have to have the curse in your bloodline. They never really made that clear here😅 and there were 4 coffins in the truck
Marcel was justified in his anger but Kol and Klaus were innocent when it came to Davina. At least they figured out how to survive for now. Klaus is a genius. The prophecy said they'd fall, not die. Unfortunately this won't ease Marcel's suffering. That's the thing about revenge, it won't stop the pain.
@@johnwalkeristhatdude3018 I agree that he took things to far but if my daughter figure was murdered and her soul tortured like he experienced then I would say I would have a right to be angry just like Marcel. He just punished everyone, even the innocent ones which I did not agree with.
@@BrianR246 What innocent ones????!!!!! Klaus who I agree did not know but just stood back and said “ok big brother you did what you had to do let’s move on” Kol, though He was forced to Kill Davina to begin with and us the nerve to step up to Marcel to use Her as a bargaining chip then tried to attack Him and got His a$& bit for it?? Or Elijah, who got Davina killed then had Marcel heart ripped out, then He tried to jump in the fray and got bit too. The only one innocent was Becca and He didn’t do nothing to Her 🤷🏾♀️
@@staceyga1 Klaus had no part in it, he wanted to help Davina, he just defended Elijah after it was all done, which yes was not the right thing to say. Kol literally was cursed to kill her because of Davina's spell to bring him back thanks to the Ancestors, so not his fault. Marcel punched Kol first, he just retaliated back. And Kol was right, Davina wouldn't have wanted Marcel to go on his killing spree, especially to Kol who she didn't blame when he saw her in the spirit world. Marcel was going to attack them all anyway. Elijah and Freya were the real culprits. Even Hayley almost got killed defending Freya and she had nothing to do with it. And truth be told Marcel himself has done evil acts while he was king. None of those vampires are innocent of wrong doings.
@@BrianR246 Ok, I may have to look again to see who threw first punch, but despite how “right” Kol was, that was bad form and the wrong time coming off passive aggressive and using Davina like a weapon as to why Marcel should spare them. Klaus was definitely wrong for backing Elijah after the fact that is why He was upset I was upset about that lol! Yea of course Marcel was going to punish them just like they would have happily punished anyone who dare came between their “always and forever” 👀 He had His faults but nothing as bad as the Mikalsons even Klaus Himself admitted Marcel was a better man in an episode…
So I actually like what Vincent says to Marcel at the end of this episode cause it’s how I also kind of feel about him. Marcel always preaches how different and better he is than Klaus but I find it a bit hypocritical cause he was made in his image and while Marcel leads by loyalty rather than fear mostly he still takes a lot of Klaus’ traits with him. Marcel exiled the wolves and murdered witches just for practicing. Innocents. And I know he loves Davina but he also used her to his advantage and for his agenda for so long
He does lead by fear did u forget the head garden. Marcel murdered and tortured innocent witches for simply practicing magic. Marcel also cursed the werewolves who also had a claim to New Orleans. Did u forget the fact that Klaus had the vampires, the humans, the werewolves, and the witches all unified and he didn’t do it by fear.
I actually don’t know what the point of the Crescent Curse was originally. I don’t think it was mentioned in the show. At least with the witch executions we knew it was because the witches were trying to hunt down Davina and finish the harvest, but with the curse no reason is ever given
Though isn’t it funny how SPOILER they just retconned Vincent’s massive speech? 😂 I haven’t watched season 4 in a while but I swear Marcel and Vincent were back to being friends despite the massive hint that they would be at odds
I mean Marcel may be as strong as Klaus with the Serum but Klaus has over 1000+ years of experience in combat, war, whatever you wanna call it point is he’s way more experienced than Marcel and his Werewolf side thrives on aggression and anger which makes them stronger so I think Marcel would of put up one hell of a good fight bu in the end Klaus would win he wouldn’t kill him but he would of beat him.
@@dervinhayward968 marcel is stronger than klaus with serum. but if klaus went fully hybrid mode he would stand a chance. but i think marcel would take the W at the end. If it would get tough for him he could just bite klaus and its over with.

25:16 you got the timeline wrong Because the Cade thing was 3 years in the Future and this was in the present day Don't you remember when Caroline came to New Orleans and in the 3 years later thing and they said Klaus hasn't been seen for 3 years. And Cade was season 8 not 7.
Season 8 of TVD was with Cade. Season 7 was Reyna Cruise and ended with Damon going into the armoury vault. So that is one rteason why you aren't hearning much about Cade right now in the originals... it hasn't happend yet.
So since you finished this season then you finish all of season 8 of the tvd cause sesson 4 takes place 2 years after Stefan dies in 2018 and now it’s 2020 and Hope is 7 and the twins are 5
Theirs only 13 episodes because the show was almost canceled. Lowering the budget and limiting the episode count was a compromise to let them finish. It honestly really sucks it didn't get the viewership it deserved because it was a mature show on a teenager network, & also had to compete with TVD which already had merit and has been out longer. I'm bitter towards how much better TO could've been, it was still good but not nearly as good as it could've been imo.
@Lilfranklll It was both their idea. It was HIS idea to bring Papa Tunde to town. Rebekah had no idea he did that. And that was BEFORE they called Mikael in. Rebekah wanted to be with Marcel. Marcel wanted power. He used Rebekah's love for him to gain power.
Yes, Elijah! This was ur fault. When he said that, I finally saw the Elijah that i loved! Yay, Rebekah came back, finally! I knew Marcel would never hurt her. Seeing Marcel and Rebekah go against Klaus like that was pretty cool because the first time they did it, it was a disaster. This is time they got to say everything they felt and even tho this was on Elijah, Klaus did deserve to hear it. Yes, it really was a full circle. Klaus's speech tho! It was so powerful! This is the Klaus i love! I mean i love that he has grown and everything but i just love this version of him. You do still see the growth, with him sacrificing himself for his family. This was a pretty good finale. I didn't like the season but i liked how this ended. They really did get what they deserved in the end.
@@Heroesfullyalive Freya could have thought about it still. But the producers obviously have no intention of keeping the character Finn around. The only reason he came back was to show that Luciens bite was lethal to them.
As much as I appreciate how much Klaus has changed, and he wasn’t at fault specifically for Davina, I don’t think it was necessarily a bad thing that him and the rest of the Mikaelsons had to finally pay for all their crimes. They’ve all done so many bad things with little to no consequence; it seemed somewhat fitting for Marcel to put them all down for a little while. He’s been taken for granted by them for a very long time so it was a little bit satisfying. I do think that Kol was right in that Davina wouldn’t have wanted him to get revenge, and I’m not sure this is going to make him feel better, but he reached a breaking point, so nothing was going to stop him. I gotta say that I feel the worse for Kol and Rebekah in all this. They’ve both been terribly mistreated by their family, and they still stand by them when it counts. Kol has had a terrible few days. He has to live with killing Davina, even though he had no choice, then he thinks he has her back, only to lose her again, and now he’s been bitten and is under a sleeping spell. Elijah was partially right when he said it was his own fault. He aided in what happened to Davina and he killed Marcel, no matter what reasons he thought he had to do so. I’m glad he realized that what he did was wrong. Unfortunately, from this point forward I don’t like a lot of the decisions Elijah starts making, but I’ll get into that later.
@@johnwalkeristhatdude3018 Lucien wanted the Mikaelsons to suffer. He wanted to drag out their deaths painfully. I think they had more time to look for another solution to kill him. Also, look at it this way, if Hope, or another Mikaelson for that matter, was the one who would’ve had to have been sacrificed to kill Lucien and save everyone, there’s no way in hell they would’ve done it. They would’ve found another way no matter what. That’s the problem.

I only wish they showed klaus’s true power, he’s the original hybrid, his one of the most powerful creatures alive. Sadly the writers kept his true strength and power at bay to keep the show interesting, klaus is stronger than marcel, maybe not as good as a fighter but if he learned how to use his power to its full potential he could defeat marcel.

I feel like you’re not used to watching shows that have spin offs but also still occur along the OG show lol cause typically spin offs and their OG show don’t mention or interact too much even though they’re existing in the same universe. Of course crossovers can happen but typically few and far between simply because of the logistics of figuring that out. But everything from the Arrowverse operates like this, Buffy/Angel. They more so want you to just focus on the current show. Think of it like with Avengers films/shows and how in a lot of the solo films, they’re not calling every avenger every time something happens no matter how vital it seems
i truly hated marcel, his whole story line was being a crybaby because he felt like he never belonged as a mikealson. like bro.. & then your mad at klaus when klaus literally was the one who told them not to send davina back & he didn't want or know elijah was gonna kill him. like dude. gtf

What an amazing finale. The originals doesn't pull punches when it comes to season finales. I have to say I love marcel but he did sort of become like Klaus by biting Elijah and kol and trapping Klaus with the dagger, He kind've became the thing he hated and didn't care about the innocent people in the process but I cant blame him for his anger after everything the Michaelson's did to him. I love the sacrifice Klaus made showing just how far he has grown since we met him in the vampire diaries. I love Vincent and how no matter how powerful someone is (the originals/ marcel) he isn't afraid to stand up to them and do what he has to do to protect innocent people, he's such a strong character. Also I love both teen wolf and the 100 so this is gonna be hard for me to vote lol
Vincent is stupid he yelled at Marcel for the public execution of the strix but my guy u remember Marcel was doing public executions before the Mikaelsons came back to New Orleans
@@johnwalkeristhatdude3018 I think Marcel had grown a bit since s1 when he used to do executions in the street and stuff and I think that’s why Vincent trusted him to be better than the originals when it came to innocent lives and running the city. The Cade story was in season 8 of tvd, so they're not there yet. I think timeline wise it's a bit complicated though... In tvd season 7 we have your beloved (😉) time jump which sets TO s3 im the show quite some time before the end of s7 (TVD s7 last couple eps. take place pretty much three years after TO s3). In real world time I think the two seasons were still pretty much parallel at this point. Let's just appreciate the fact, that for once, someone (freya in this occasion) did something that Kol suggested....put them to sleep
I swear it feels with each episode of every season Klaus's character started becoming better and better and everyone else went completely the opposite way.
So true 😂
not really, during season 2 klaus character basically went a huge down hill in terms of morality & redemption, but from the start of season 3 - yes I agree.
@@Thadnill oh please, he literally saved all of them and they still acted like spoiled little kids. If he hadn't done what he did, they'd all be dead.
@@talhabinkhalid3452 eh, tbf he didn’t have to kill Gia - he did it to punish Elijah. He didn’t kill Cami cause he cared for her which means he could’ve left Gia out of it. I was only okay with what he did to Hayley cause she tried to do it first.
@@Thadnill I mean it’s character growth still I swear he would’ve done much worse then Gia
Klaus and Freya really be saving the whole family this episode
“In our family’s darkest hour, I was called upon to save my siblings, and so I did.”
That letter to Hope was so beautiful!
They may have differences but at the end of the day they care deeply for each other 🥺
I fully got emotional when Klaus slipped the letter with Hopes name into the bag.
The friend, foe, and family= Marcel Gerard
Friend = Rebekah
Foe = Elijah
Family = Klaus
@@meganlodon nope I don’t know where you got that
@@Black-Chocolate Rebekah is an ex-lover of Marcel's with an intermittent friendship.
@@meganlodon he's been all 3 to everyone lol
Season 3 remains the BEST the finale was truly amazing
marcel actin like he neva did “Public executions”
FACTS I can’t stand that child that is how he acts. Also Klaus was never going to make him a vampire he told Marcel I will take all that is good in u away he chose this his and the hypocrisy of this fan base know no bounds
You really see how klaus changed from letting his family be daggered to suffering for them to stay alive
There are so many things about this episode I want to talk... That emotional moment when Klaus said to Elijah he can't do it without him. It's like the essense of their relationship. Or Klaus face when Marcel bite Kol... Another beautiful scene. This episode is pure perfection.
And yeah, this is the reason why Klaus wasn't there when Caroline was looking for him.
That’s slightly a spoiler
…
When Caroline came to visit Klaus, the twins were already 3, in the flashforward. Right now in TVD, the twins were just born. You’re insinuating that Klaus will be tortured for at least 3 years.
@@sunshinesam6399 not necessarily. It’s already heavily implied when Freya said each of their cures could take years to find.
@@sunshinesam6399 yeah what the other comment said
@@hali_55 i still wouldn’t tho. Jer is heavily confused on the timeline from where is stands now. Like it would just confuse him even more because he thinks TVD is dealing with Katherine. So hopefully he gets that figured out soon!
Davina was a full grown adult in the timeline. She was not a child.
Facts if Davina didn’t murder innocent witches her selfish arse would still be alive. When Marcel talked about the vampires he lost in season one last I checked when Davina brought Mikael back he murdered all of marcels vampires not including the other people Mikael killed cuz they aren’t dead if the moronic Davina didn’t bring Mikael back she deserved her death.
@@johnwalkeristhatdude3018 exactly. And Marcel and Davina were conspiring against the family as soon as Klaus got to New Orleans. Klaus didn't even know Davina existed and she was still trying kill him and all his family members.
Klaus speeches are always the best lol..probably my favorite scene in the show
when he said for cami... i was so pissed because if cali was alive she would've been there trying to help klaus. klaus loved her far more than any of them..
I always thought it was extremely weird that Hayley was considered family more than he was.
i know right. it might have been bad writing but i think that’s why elijah’s tears in the last episode seemed a bit disingenuous to me.
No, TO S4 is after the end of TVD finale.
Can I just say that I love that the papa tunde blade stayed around
This lml
Papa rinse blade is my favorite weapon from the show hands down. I want a replica lol
19:44
He gave him a serum to make him as POWERFUL as Klaus, not as dangerous. Definitely different. He knew he'd be as strong, he clearly didn't think he'd get as power hungry.
Yeah this Lml cuz he let a whole bunch of vampire roam in and tear up a home for no reason when he couldn’t just went for them himself
That what ppl would call myopic (shortsightedness) on vincent part.
He’s stronger.
I like how marcel was friend family and foe
Someone listened to Kol for once and I couldn't be happier.
I truly truly love the scene between Elijah and Klaus with the hug and what they said to eachother, just perfect 👌
Also Vincent's speech to Marcel is another absolutely fantastic moment. Plus the ending with the letter is a really good one.
Funnily enough, story-wise it makes more sense that Marcel’s real beef would be with Elijah, but I guess it had to be Klaus since he’s the main character.
I mean it had to be Klaus since he got everyone else except Klaus idk ig he felt his problems started cuz he met Klaus in the first place
Klaus saying (about Hayley) "AND I KNOW SHE WILL NOT REST UNTIL OUR FAMILY IS UNITED". So true, I'm in tears😭 ❤
4:20 iconic walk
These people......the originals they have such a special place in my heart!!! I am so much into them ...these emotionals moments hits me so different!😭
I freaking love the Michaelsons!!
I'll say the same thing I said last video. Cade is season 8. Season 7 on TVD was the heretics Rayna Cruz and flash forwards. If you will recall in one of the flash forwards Caroline went to get help from Klaus but he wasn't there.
OMG THIS WAS WILD CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU REACTION TO NEXT SEASON AND ITS FINALE IT MAKES ME CRY EVERYTIME
This season's finale was so good on so many levels.
Marcel took away everything the witches and the werewolves loved. He even had a curse put upon Hayley's family. He can just go away.
Exactly. Klaus was developing, but that doesn't change the fact that he ruined people's lives, and got away with it.
I loved this episode. I remember using Klaus’s monologue for my college public speaking class
Lol, I used it too as inspiration of a poem back in high school 😅😂!
Marcel was never going to kill Klaus. He's the one person he can't kill just like Klaus wouldn't kill Marcel.
That was his plan all along and Rebecca just soilfied his decision.
No he was going to kill him
In a previous episode, when Klaus went off with Hayley, you were technically correct when you brought up Caroline's statement but jumped the gun on the timeline😅.
I remember this 😂 that network had us STRESSED 😩
Marcel forsook Rebekah for power. He chose power over her every time.
get ready to see summer fontana next season. Shes one of the best child actors imo (she also played young Jean in dark phoenix)
@@Web497 how tf is that a spoiler? 1. he doesnt know who she plays 2. shes in the first ep of season 4 and 3. hes probably already watched the ep anyways
If I was Marcel and I got over the fact that Elijah killed me I'd still be mad at the fact they didn't try to get my body
Just so u know the awful Michael Narducci the show runner filmed a scene with Klaus searching for his body for hours but the current was horrible
The way I used to smile everytime u said Marcel deserved a better story
Marcel is kind of not a hybrid tho, neither was Lucien.. I mean they have the venom in their bite but they’re not wolves. You can’t turn anyone into a werewolf that’s 100% genetic you have to have the curse in your bloodline. They never really made that clear here😅 and there were 4 coffins in the truck
I think it's more chimeric with the "beast"
Not a werewolf but a vampire with a werewolf feature.
i just binge watched your whole commentary for TO 🤟❤️
LEGEND
I love the scene between Marcel and Vincent. Great acting!
That scene proves me right I said Vincent was stupid back in season two
I LOVE THIS SEASON SO MUCH THAT I HAVE KLAUS' LETTER TO HOPE MEMORIZEDJANFKND
Marcel was justified in his anger but Kol and Klaus were innocent when it came to Davina. At least they figured out how to survive for now. Klaus is a genius. The prophecy said they'd fall, not die. Unfortunately this won't ease Marcel's suffering. That's the thing about revenge, it won't stop the pain.
He wasn’t justified in anything he did
@@johnwalkeristhatdude3018 I agree that he took things to far but if my daughter figure was murdered and her soul tortured like he experienced then I would say I would have a right to be angry just like Marcel. He just punished everyone, even the innocent ones which I did not agree with.
@@BrianR246 What innocent ones????!!!!!
Klaus who I agree did not know but just stood back and said “ok big brother you did what you had to do let’s move on”
Kol, though He was forced to Kill Davina to begin with and us the nerve to step up to Marcel to use Her as a bargaining chip then tried to attack Him and got His a$& bit for it??
@@BrianR246
Ok, I may have to look again to see who threw first punch, but despite how “right” Kol was, that was bad form and the wrong time coming off passive aggressive and using Davina like a weapon as to why Marcel should spare them.
Klaus was definitely wrong for backing Elijah after the fact that is why He was upset I was upset about that lol!
Yea of course Marcel was going to punish them just like they would have happily punished anyone who dare came between their “always and forever” 👀
He had His faults but nothing as bad as the Mikalsons even Klaus Himself admitted Marcel was a better man in an episode…
Innocents. And I know he loves Davina but he also used her to his advantage and for his agenda for so long
I don’t Vincent is a moron and hes arguably worse than davina at being a witch
He does lead by fear did u forget the head garden. Marcel murdered and tortured innocent witches for simply practicing magic. Marcel also cursed the werewolves who also had a claim to New Orleans. Did u forget the fact that Klaus had the vampires, the humans, the werewolves, and the witches all unified and he didn’t do it by fear.
John Walker Is That Dude I literally said all of those things in my comment so thanks for letting me know you didn’t actually read it🙃
I actually don’t know what the point of the Crescent Curse was originally. I don’t think it was mentioned in the show. At least with the witch executions we knew it was because the witches were trying to hunt down Davina and finish the harvest, but with the curse no reason is ever given
Though isn’t it funny how
SPOILER
they just retconned Vincent’s massive speech? 😂 I haven’t watched season 4 in a while but I swear Marcel and Vincent were back to being friends despite the massive hint that they would be at odds
Klaus’s speech is superior!!!
6:36 I wonder what would’ve hapenned if Rebekah didn’t stop the fight. klaus looked very angry. I think that would be one hell of a fight

@@Moluxx20 Not true actually the barn fight was pretty evenly matched up until Marcel broke outta the hollows influence then yeah he was only fighting to survive and not kill Klaus. But we all have different POVs about things so agree to disagree.
Season 7 of The Vampire Diaries, is the Heretics & Huntress storyline. Then The Sirens & Cade for S8.
Marcel proved he was family, friend, and foe in 1919 when he stabbed the entire Mikaelson family in the back like the traitor he is.
FACTS
That’s why Elijah killed him cuz he has tried to kill his family before.
@Lilfranklll and yes, I've watched it multiple times.
So they aren't innocent they deserve it
What I only don't get in this episode is why only Klaus was put on trial... It should be all of them right?
Haley has come a long way. Could not stand her on tvd, but now love her!!
They could've have saved Finn by linking when he got bitten by Lucien
Freya got the idea for the linking spell when Kol told her to at least put him to sleep when he was struggling in pain.
@@Heroesfullyalive Freya could have thought about it still. But the producers obviously have no intention of keeping the character Finn around. The only reason he came back was to show that Luciens bite was lethal to them.

@@heysis2739 oh thank you lol
I am in tears!
Davina is responsible for her death
Did u want Hope dead?
Also did u want all of the Mikaelsons and Marcel dead cuz that is what Lucien was going to do after he killed Klaus, Rebekah and Hayley in the bayou

Of course crossovers can happen but typically few and far between simply because of the logistics of figuring that out. But everything from the Arrowverse operates like this, Buffy/Angel. They more so want you to just focus on the current show. Think of it like with Avengers films/shows and how in a lot of the solo films, they’re not calling every avenger every time something happens no matter how vital it seems
i truly hated marcel, his whole story line was being a crybaby because he felt like he never belonged as a mikealson. like bro.. & then your mad at klaus when klaus literally was the one who told them not to send davina back & he didn't want or know elijah was gonna kill him. like dude. gtf
I know you said that you might not react to or even watch legacies but I really hope you do. It would be nice to see your opinions on that, maybe you could watch it after the 100 or teen wolf (whichever one wins) or at the same time? 🤷🏽♀️
Has he mentioned if he's going to watch legacies or not?
Love the vids man
What an amazing finale.
He’s worse he’s back to being the dictator he always was and will always be
Vincent is stupid he yelled at Marcel for the public execution of the strix but my guy u remember Marcel was doing public executions before the Mikaelsons came back to New Orleans
@@johnwalkeristhatdude3018 I think Marcel had grown a bit since s1 when he used to do executions in the street and stuff and I think that’s why Vincent trusted him to be better than the originals when it came to innocent lives and running the city. Obviously Marcel is blinded by anger and grief and has reverted back to how he was before but I like Vincent for being brave and standing up to Marcel anyway.
BUT s4 of TO came out AFTER the series finale/very last episode of TVD, so we'll have to wait and see how that fits into the time inside the shows.
Oh, I was hoping to see you react to Legacies after The Originals... but The 100 or Teen Wolf is fine too. I'm just sad to leave the TVD/TO universe haha.
Oh i cant wait just two more seasons 😂
I love your reactions arghhhhhhhhhhhh I get so excited
