Hey Brianna, I hope you had a great Christmas. My prayer request is for me. My whole family is disabled. I'm mentally disabled and I am my husband's caregiver and my 7 yr old son is autistic. I do literally everything. I've stopped taking care of myself. Last night I had a scare. My blood sugar and my blood pressure spiked very dangerously high. I had passed out and ended up in the ER. I so overwhelmed but my family comes first. I just don't care for myself anymore. I need prayer. Thank you. Btw I love your videos you are an inspiration.

I really needed to hear that little speech you made in the beginning of the video. My Dad passed away in 2018 and ever since then I've felt lost and felt like things are out of my control. Thank you for letting us know about sweet Brit and the heartache her family is going through and how we can help with prayer, gofundme, and her youtube page. When I had littles playing with tons of toys we used bins, but put pictures of what kind of toys should go in each one; pic of cars, pic of legos, etc. I also used a kitchen timer and would set it to like 2 minutes (short attention span of littles you know! LOL) and we'd make a game of trying to beat the timer with getting all the toys back in their bins, etc. At the end we'd hi five each other. You know from having littles that while they may not clean up like we would, they try hard and really love hearing us tell them what a good job they are doing/did, how proud we are of them, and I always made sure to hug or hi five and say Thank you to each one for the cleanup help they did. Just like adults, hearing someone tell you thank you, etc. makes you feel good and even more motivated. Bless you and your family! BTW My decorations will be coming down Mon. Dec. 30. I like to get them down before New Year's Eve, AND while husband is back at work, but son is still out of school and here to help. :)

Really like the fact that you do not only show how you decorate but also how you undecorate! Love the minimal, natural look! Your house is gorgeous without all the ribbons and bows too. Regarding the toys: I would keep the majority in a closet or in the basement and have him play with 10 - 15 pieces at a time. Swap them every few weeks. It'll also tell you what your kids are most passionate about, because if you swap out one you for another and they ask you where it is, they must really enjoy playing with it / playing with that type of toy. I’m so greatful to see these videos posted. I’m a nurse so while I was lucky enough this year to have the main two day’s with my family the rest I have been working. My house has been a disaster despite numerous attempts to clean and clear away and I have been feeling stressed and over whelmed. This has helped me to see that this is very normal for a family home over Christmas and I won’t be beating myself up. X
Toy Tips .. whenever I buy toys for my kids I always donate or throw the old toys .. if they get 2 new toys then they have to get rid of 2 old toys .. and really helps a lot .. I hope you or anyone will like this tip ♥️♥️

I could really use some prayers.. my dad passed December 16th. We still don’t know all the details around his passing but I’ve been so numb and overwhelmed and it’s effecting my head space my children and my marriage. My dad fought a lot of demons and that portrayed on the way he raised to me. But at the end of the day he’s my dad. This video made me cry, smile and I actually got my dishes done that I haven’t touched in a long time. I recommend doing a toy rotation system. We have toys separated into 1/4 system. We have a 1/4 out to play with, the rest are on "vacation" in the garage. I always rotate the toys when the kids are not there and when I bring new toys out anything they didn't really play with or they've outgrown we donate. It really helps keep it manageable. We also have separate little bins for the toys with peices. Our kiddos know that before they can take out another toy they have to clean up and put the stuff back in the bin. It has been working great so far!

Heather Carson .....Oh Heather I'm so sorry for your loss. I most definitely feel your pain. My sweet, beloved Grandfather passed away in 2005 from Bone Cancer. He was diagnosed the day after Easter and died 26 days later. He was more like a father to me then my Grandfather. I miss him so, so much. The loss never goes away but it does get better with time I promise. I'm praying for you and your family sweetie ! #cancersucks !!

Thank you! Love your videos! They truly brighten my day! Toy storage - IKEA Trofast for your basement. They have many pieces and shapes and kid friendly lids. My daughter just turned 5 and she now knows where things go and can put them away. Literally game changer. Also rotate big toys to storage and then each month a new big toy to play with. My last idea is a huge Rubbermaid him in storage - I collect toys - fill it up - that I think aren’t used enough or I don’t particularly like 😉 and then if they don’t ask about them - in 6 months it gets donated. If they do, I pull them out of the tote and give them back! This has worked well. Toy storage and organization is something I enjoy!

I've been battling depression I am a homemaker also an up coming youtuber. I just love how humble you area and so warm and caring towards others. But being a military wife and mom of 2 girls has been really hard on me since I gave birth to my 2nd child who is now 18 months old I can never find the motivation to get up and do what I need to do so I started watching these cleaning videos to help me get that motivation back especially as a home maker and watching your video and others have given me a idea to revamp my entire channel and channel name and do record things that'll help other women like me. 💕 your videos. The best way to manage all the kids’ toys is to organize (which you already do) & then teach the kids to pick up their own toys before pulling out something else to play with. Not only will this help the room from feeling overwhelming, but it will teach the kids good life long cleaning skills. It mind take some reminding & helping them at first since they are young, but it gets easier as they get older. It works!!! I’m a mom & a teacher. It works in my home & in my classroom. 😁

I tend to tackle Christmas undecorating the second week of January through the end. It takes me forever to put it up and take it down. It’s so bittersweet. Re: toy management - we take big Costco bins, usually 4 at a time, and make the kids go through their playroom and choose what they want to donate. We literally did it 4 times in 2019 and are due for another round pretty soon. It’s nice because it makes them evaluate what they love, encourages sentimental value and shows us what’s a waste of money.

Gonna start de-decorating myself now 😄 When my kids where younger I used to have pictures on the storage boxes of what toys were supposed to be in there (train rails, duplo, doll clothes and so on). That made it easier for them to get the toys they wanted to play with and put it back where it was supposed to be 😊
After watching the whole video I realized that the whole video was undecorating lol!! But specifically watching the house go back to non christmas and just peaceful neutral colors and clean no clutter. It was so relaxing and captivating to watch.

we put our Christmas stuff up really early this year and I'm with you. I am wanting to get my Christmas decor down. Its driving me crazy. It warmed my heart to hear you talk about Brittani. We lost our son 17 months ago and I know the feelings she is going through. I know having a good support system has helped us through our grief process and it looks like she has a great support system with the youtube community.

The tiny toys are the most overwhelming! I’m a preschool teacher and I’m planning to try what I do in class at home. Small toys with lots of pieces are considered “table toys.” They can only be played with at the table and container goes with so they can immediately put them back. I also plan to store several toys in totes and switch them out every few weeks. Not only does it cut down on the mess because there’s less “stuff,” but it makes them more appreciative of what they have. BUT, the best part is when you switch toys out because it’s like Christmas all over because it’s like getting new toys. They also don’t get bored as easily when you’re consistently switching them out. 😊 Also, if it’s doable, picture label your shelves so the kiddos know exactly where to put toys back.

All I know at this time is he stoped breathing in his sleep and it caused a lot of brain injuries according to her instagram story’s they are starting the long process of donating his organs

I really needed to hear that little speech you made in the beginning of the video. My Dad passed away in 2018 and ever since then I've felt lost and felt like things are out of my control. When I had littles playing with tons of toys we used bins, but put pictures of what kind of toys should go in each one; pic of cars, pic of legos, etc. I also used a kitchen timer and would set it to like 2 minutes (short attention span of littles you know! LOL) and we'd make a game of trying to beat the timer with getting all the toys back in their bins, etc. At the end we'd hi five each other. You know from having littles that while they may not clean up like we would, they try hard and really love hearing us tell them what a good job they are doing/did, how proud we are of them, and I always made sure to hug or hi five and say Thank you to each one for the cleanup help they did. Just like adults, hearing someone tell you thank you, etc. makes you feel good and even more motivated. Bless you and your family!
BTW My decorations will be coming down Mon. Dec. 30. I like to get them down before New Year's Eve, AND while husband is back at work, but son is still out of school and here to help. :)

Really like the fact that you do not only show how you decorate but also how you undecorate! Love the minimal, natural look! Your house is gorgeous without all the ribbons and bows too.
Regarding the toys: I would keep the majority in a closet or in the basement and have him play with 10 - 15 pieces at a time. Swap them every few weeks. It'll also tell you what your kids are most passionate about, because if you swap out one you for another and they ask you where it is, they must really enjoy playing with it / playing with that type of toy. I’m so greatful to see these videos posted. I’m a nurse so while I was lucky enough this year to have the main two day’s with my family the rest I have been working. My house has been a disaster despite numerous attempts to clean and clear away and I have been feeling stressed and over whelmed. This has helped me to see that this is very normal for a family home over Christmas and I won’t be beating myself up. X
Toy Tips .. whenever I buy toys for my kids I always donate or throw the old toys .. if they get 2 new toys then they have to get rid of 2 old toys .. and really helps a lot .. I hope you or anyone will like this tip ♥️♥️

It's difficult sometimes to appreciate what we do on a daily basis , but watching you gave me a glimpse of what I did for years and what I do now in my parents home . Believe it or not , cleaning up after my parents is more work than ever. I'm beyond exhausted and have less motivation to tackle the same thing every single day, all day long. I could really use some prayers.. my dad passed December 16th. We still don’t know all the details around his passing but I’ve been so numb and overwhelmed and it’s effecting my head space my children and my marriage. My dad fought a lot of demons and that portrayed on the way he raised to me. But at the end of the day he’s my dad. This video made me cry, smile and I actually got my dishes done that I haven’t touched in a long time. I have you to thank for helping me clean my kitchen so thank you for being a light for me in my dark days bri🖤❤️

I recommend doing a toy rotation system. We have toys separated into 1/4 system. We have a 1/4 out to play with, the rest are on "vacation" in the garage. I always rotate the toys when the kids are not there and when I bring new toys out anything they didn't really play with or they've outgrown we donate. It really helps keep it manageable. We also have separate little bins for the toys with peices. Our kiddos know that before they can take out another toy they have to clean up and put the stuff back in the bin. It has been working great so far!
Christmas in Puerto Rico doesn’t end until February. So still keeping the decorations! 😅🇵🇷🎄

Heather Carson .....Oh Heather I'm so sorry for your loss. I most definitely feel your pain. My sweet, beloved Grandfather passed away in 2005 from Bone Cancer. He was diagnosed the day after Easter and died 26 days later. He was more like a father to me then my Grandfather. I miss him so, so much. The loss never goes away but it does get better with time I promise. I'm praying for you and your family sweetie ! #cancersucks !!

Toy storage - IKEA Trofast for your basement. They have many pieces and shapes and kid friendly lids. My daughter just turned 5 and she now knows where things go and can put them away. Literally game changer. Also rotate big toys to storage and then each month a new big toy to play with. My last idea is a huge Rubbermaid him in storage - I collect toys - fill it up - that I think aren’t used enough or I don’t particularly like 😉 and then if they don’t ask about them - in 6 months it gets donated. If they do, I pull them out of the tote and give them back! This has worked well. Toy storage and organization is something I enjoy!

I've been battling depression I am a homemaker also an up coming youtuber. I just love how humble you area and so warm and caring towards others. But being a military wife and mom of 2 girls has been really hard on me since I gave birth to my 2nd child who is now 18 months old I can never find the motivation to get up and do what I need to do so I started watching these cleaning videos to help me get that motivation back especially as a home maker and watching your video and others have given me a idea to revamp my entire channel and channel name and do record things that'll help other women like me. 💕 your videos. The best way to manage all the kids’ toys is to organize (which you already do) & then teach the kids to pick up their own toys before pulling out something else to play with. Not only will this help the room from feeling overwhelming, but it will teach the kids good life long cleaning skills. It mind take some reminding & helping them at first since they are young, but it gets easier as they get older. It works!!! I’m a mom & a teacher. It works in my home & in my classroom. 😁

I cannot even fathom having to go through that, but I just pray she knows that we have her back and even though she’s angry and it’s unfair, God still has her back too. I tend to tackle Christmas undecorating the second week of January through the end. It takes me forever to put it up and take it down. It’s so bittersweet. Re: toy management - we take big Costco bins, usually 4 at a time, and make the kids go through their playroom and choose what they want to donate. We literally did it 4 times in 2019 and are due for another round pretty soon. It’s nice because it makes them evaluate what they love, encourages sentimental value and shows us what’s a waste of money.
Thank you for a motivational vlog! Gonna start de-decorating myself now 😄 When my kids where younger I used to have pictures on the storage boxes of what toys were supposed to be in there (train rails, duplo, doll clothes and so on). That made it easier for them to get the toys they wanted to play with and put it back where it was supposed to be 😊

After watching the whole video I realized that the whole video was undecorating lol!! But specifically watching the house go back to non christmas and just peaceful neutral colors and clean no clutter. It was so relaxing and captivating to watch.

we put our Christmas stuff up really early this year and I'm with you. I am wanting to get my Christmas decor down. Its driving me crazy. It warmed my heart to hear you talk about Brittani. We lost our son 17 months ago and I know the feelings she is going through. I know having a good support system has helped us through our grief process and it looks like she has a great support system with the youtube community.
And might I add that I have never seen someone who ACTUALLY cleans. You get every nook and cranny most people forget about😊

The tiny toys are the most overwhelming! I’m a preschool teacher and I’m planning to try what I do in class at home.
Small toys with lots of pieces are considered “table toys.” They can only be played with at the table and container goes with so they can immediately put them back.
I also plan to store several toys in totes and switch them out every few weeks. Not only does it cut down on the mess because there’s less “stuff,” but it makes them more appreciative of what they have. BUT, the best part is when you switch toys out because it’s like Christmas all over because it’s like getting new toys. They also don’t get bored as easily when you’re consistently switching them out. 😊
Also, if it’s doable, picture label your shelves so the kiddos know exactly where to put toys back.
