I noticed that each time I entered the room, be it at the offices, churches, schools or any public spaces... literally everywhere I go, people feel my presence. How do I know? They look at me not once but consistently for as long as I am around them. And because I exude confidence and learn the art of smiling and being kind to others, relating to everyone has become my second nature. And I can see that every person I come into contact with, wishes to be in my close proximity and to even start engaging with me. I realized that I grow by leaps and bounds everyday. Thanks to the Stoic principles and Wisdoms. ❤❤😊😊
I definitely get the same and it makes me feel powerful
The way you describe exuding confidence, kindness, and the magnetic pull of your presence is truly remarkable. It’s a beautiful testament to the power of Stoic principles in shaping not just how we see the world, but how the world sees us. You’ve captured the essence of growth, not just in personal strength, but in the grace and warmth you radiate to others. Has there been a specific Stoic teaching or moment that you feel was a turning point in this profound journey of self-growth?
@@solodoloroni08 It's incredible how aligning our thoughts can ignite a sense of control and strength within us. You've expressed this in such a genuine way that it resonates deeply with the journey we all seek-a life where inner power becomes our greatest ally. Has there been a particular moment when you felt your mental mastery elevated you to overcome a challenge?
I appreciate the emphasis on setting boundaries to protect our time. It's something I've overlooked, but as the video pointed out, without clear boundaries, it's easy for others to take our time and efforts for granted. I'm curious, what kind of boundaries have others set, and how has it affected your relationships?
That's amazing! Your experience is a powerful testament to how Stoic principles can truly transform how we carry ourselves and interact with others. Confidence, kindness, and genuine connection are magnetic qualities, and it's clear that you've mastered them. Keep growing and inspiring others with your presence-your journey is a beautiful reflection of inner strength and wisdom. 😊❤
I AM SURROUNDED BY THOSE WHO SEE MY VALUE.
I see the good in others I was lost till I found gratitude

What was the turning point for you when you realized the power of gratitude in your life?
@stoickingdomoffical I stopped living in the pain of the past. It was like I was sleep walking, stuck rewinding the same hurts. It took a while, but finally my best friend made me realize that I had the power to turn it off, and then suddenly I was free and full of gratitude and grateful for everything that led me to who I am now.

Yes my mind body and spirt are so diffrent. I have found a safe place where I get to be my self where every problem just gets taken care of and I feel safe and loved and confident that I can take on anything that comes my way. I have stopped beating my self up and realize I can take on any challenge and the im stronger because if my past experience every point in my life has led me to right now and this now is where I want to be.

@@karrensager6398 The simplicity and depth in your realization speak to the transformative power of inner contentment-how a change within can reshape the entire world around us
There was a time when I constantly felt like an option in my closest relationships. I’d put in all the effort, but when plans fell through or someone better came along, I was always the one left behind. Even now, I struggle with that same feeling of being second best, no matter how much I've worked on myself. Has anyone else dealt with this? How do you move past it for good?
I have and it's difficult but I just embrace the people who don't treat like that. I truly hope you have at least one or two people who are like that for you ❤
I struggle through it now. I guess I am just learning so I have some good days and some bad days. Today I disappointed myself letting my emotions control me. If I were in AA today I would have fallen off the wagon and would have had to pick up a new chip. Its hard. My only consolation is my resolve to “get there”.
This video hit deep! It's like you were speaking directly to my situation. The blend of Stoicism and practical advice is spot on. I’m ready to start asserting my worth. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
This video really resonated with me, especially the part about being seen as an option because we might not prioritize ourselves enough. Stoicism teaches us to value our own worth, and I've started affirming my intentions every morning as suggested. It's empowering to realize that how we see ourselves can transform how others see us. Has anyone else tried the morning affirmations and seen a change in their interactions?
