Hi. Thank you for an excellent video. How do you check the MOSFETS and Diodes on the Y Sustain board please? You omitted that part from your video. That was the part that I was interested to find out how to check the transistors!
could you sever that short to ground and plug the module back in? i am also curious if you put everything back except the faulty module would only half the screen light up? or would you just see nothing. i enjoyed the video and methodology.
Hi. I havesamsung 42" plazma tv. What can cause VA and vs voltages dropped, after turn on. Got sound, but nothing als. At first found burned fuse on X main and igbt on x buffer.replaced them, nothing changed. Replaced boards, nothing changed. Voltages remind stabil if disconnect signal cable from x buffer.

I have a 60pn6500 lg and I think I got something wrong with the power supply I unplug it three or four times and it comes on perfect I shut the TV off with the button and it won't come back on again until I unplugged it and plug it in again what do you know what I need for it
Hi, I’ll appreciate your assistance with advice on how to fix my TV. Tv name: LG 49UF770V-ZL. No video showing on TV from all the 3 HDMI’s inputs when connected to either satellite box and laptop. When I log-on TH-cam through the internet on the TV, the wordings and picture show except the video. The TV shows pictures but no video. Thanks for your assistance. Kind Regards
I have the same tv but my problem is hdmi has picture but no sound with sky hd box or chromecast. But when I plug in some hdmi devices it has sound and picture. would you have any ideas how to fix. I have tried all hdmi ports wits various devices only the sky, chromecast,dvd player have no sound in any port. I have tried the devices on other tv and all works well

Hello, I have a L G tv with no picture. I watched your video and I think it is the capacitors. How ever when I was trying to figure out the problem( Before I watched your excellent video) I changed the Chanel on the T V and now can't get it back to CH #3 or Ch# 4. so now I have no picture and only static sound. I tried using the remote to command the channels to change but no luck. I have the skills to change the capacitors, can you tell me how to get the tv back to #3 or #4 ? Thank you, James Ferrigno
Hi seller my lg 50PG3000-ZA model giving me alot of trouble NO picture NO sound just standby light ok turning on red to green but no pictures no light on the screen . Bought another Power supply tested all voltages okay have changed the 2 buffer boards and the Yboard still not working. Onto the logic board is standby green light (not blinking) but with the remote control is turning off/on . Now with this explanation what do you think is gonno be the problem? Will great to hear from you soon as you can thanks

Hi all, maybe somebody here can help. I was given a 51 inch Samsung Plasma TV model PN51D530A3F. When I turned It on It would "tick" from the "power board" and I traced the problem down to the "X main board". On the "X main board" I replaced 2 ( RPJ30H1 transistors), 4 ((30G124 transistors) except I used (30J124 transistors)rated 170v higher) and 2 ( SF10A400H) diodes. After replacing these parts the TV came to life but now for the problem. The "X main board" gets so HOT that you can barely touch the metal cover on the back of the TV. None of the Caps were bulging ,should I have replaced them and would replacing the Caps eliminate the very high temperature.
