    This house definitely has potential. Knock down some walls to open it up more, upgrade some of the interior spaces and touch the lawn up.

    Every home no matter how dated can be a showcase home. Me, this would be a 100k renovation. Love the look of the neighborhood. I'm from the worst home in the best area club. Lol

    Even though it needs some TLC, it’s not a bad home. It would buy it and fix it up!

    Overpriced based on all the work this will need. Room upstairs with the half bath makes no sense at all. Remove the cupboard n put a standing shower. If you didn't know the age of this property, the master bathroom sure tells it. What's that space between the kitchen and laundry area? Was the addition of the enclosed verandah done legally and added to property records, and is it being counted in the square footage? The house feels as if there was no plan used in construction. Very sectioned and dark! My only pro is lots of storage!

    This house is super outdated and super overpriced! All upgrades needed would surpass at least 100k… those carpets on the first floor gotta go! That kitchen is giving Home Depot Display and I haven’t even seen upstairs yet! Lol Some of these sellers really need to check comp properties and just put the money in for the upgrades… or be wiling to negotiate on lower that’s what they’re asking.

      The comps in this area are pretty strong but the cushion is all relative to the end buyer. I definitely doubt for tbt average buyer they would need to put in 100K in this house I would say 50K-75K but hey that’s just my opinion.     Very overpriced and and technically, it is not quite an open floor plan. And what is with the half bath upstairs? There has to be a lot of work done on this house and the backyard is a place I would not want to sit in. The owners did not take care of the grass. This looks like a house that was built in the early 1970's.

    House doesn’t look too clean! Big turn off!
