    I know it´s a saltwater pattern, but I can definitly use it for warm water predators. All the best.

    Fishy looking pattern. This fly and many tarpon patterns end down the shank from the eye. Is there a reason behind leaving the shank uncovered?

      There are a lot of different reasons that people think are the main one, a couple are to prevent leader chafing and breaking off so there’s room for fish to bite down on, and to tie snell knots
