Another successful Costco trip. I would like to see more quickly made meals and foods. Being handicapped makes it difficult for me to prepare time consuming meals. I enjoy seeing your happy kids. I taught young children for 31 years. I miss the interaction. Thank you.

Provel cheese is the perfect cheese for salad. IMO’s uses it more on their salad and pizza. Love it. Fitz’s root beer is one of the best! You should go to their restaurant and get a float next time.
My guess about the Imo's roped Provel: Provel is a processed cheese kind of like Velveeta, but meant to be like a provolone/mozzarella blend. Since it's processed, it doesn't shred/grate well. The ropes can be roughly chopped and used to top your homemade pizza. Just a guess.

From my visits to the Midwest, Provel is used on St Louis style pizza, a mix of cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese, it melts very smoothly because it’s pasteurized(Velveeta type). And I picked up some of the salted caramel, I’m planning to use some as a pound cake glaze.

I know that goat is the number one meat consumed in the world. Someone can help himself to my serving. There are several restaurants in the Chicago area that serve goat, including the head and I would be tempted to go to one because they are gluten-free and that’s important to me, but not go goat, I can barely stomach lamb.
I have found that pizza when we were in St. Louis on business. I don’t wish to offend anyone, but I personally found it the most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I think I took two bites and I don’t even believe I swallowed it, my ex-husband, proving to me that he truly would eat anything polished off the rest of the pizza. That night, he was so sick he couldn’t go down to the banquet of the reasons we were there to start with. I had no problem and had a lovely evening but no if anyone goes to St. Louis I warn them about that. I apologize to all of those of you like it I just don’t understand why.
