@@PatrickRain0512 Sure. But he had 4th wall breaking ability before mutating. 5:46 - "breaking 4th wall has been his superpower in the movies" tl;dr version of that anyway.
In the comics it's explains that Deadpool and other characters that can break the fourth wall can see other earths and our universe exists in the Marvel multiverse as the universe where superheroes don't actually exist, and since they can see other earths, this means they can see us and they know that they don't exist
so we live in a universe where their universe is just made-up stories in our universe. In other words, the creators of the stories are channeling events happening in the Marvel universe. Each creator channels their own Marvel universe and tells the stories happening in that specific version of a Marvel universe.
@@TheGeckoNinja basically every story Marvel makes exists somewhere in the multiverse, it's just in comic book form in our universe, which is how Deadpool knows which medium he's in, he can tell that you're watching a movie, playing a game, reading a comic.... The creators aren't necessarily making it happen by writing it, they're just writing what is happening not knowing that it is actually happening, kind of like a prophecy, they're making these comics, films, and games thinking that it's free will but they're just making what the characters are doing in that universe not necessarily making the universe instead retelling it... Shockingly Gwenpool has the best explanation for how the “real world” works in Marvel/the MCU, and its correlation with the actual universe and somewhat explains why Deadpool can and does break the 4th wall.
From what I remember, in the Gwenpool comic run, Doctor Strange basically describes our "real world" as one of the many worlds in the multiverses, but with universal laws and physics so strict that superpowers could not exist. In addition, the 616 world ends up "imprinting" into our world in the form of fictional media, with Doctor Strange even commenting about Benedict Cumberbatch being his casting.
@@ExPear1ment I'd like to think that our universe exists in the omniverse. Think of the multiverse and megaverse as galaxies and then the omniverse as everything on the outside. All other 'galaxies' are other multiverses and megaverses for other IPs such as Sonic, Rambo, DC...you name it. The concept of the omniverse is just that, but its the best way to describe how everything works and why you don't see IPs such as Doctor Who or Star Wars ever crossover. There has been many movies and TV shows that use parallel universes as an excuse to get two IPs together such as the Timmy Jimmy Power Hour, Ash Williams somehow ending up on Earth - 2149 (The Marvel Zombies universe) and the Legendary Godzilla, Kong and others showing up somewhere on one of the non prime DC universes, but these are clear cut cases of characters crossing over from the omniverse. By now you are probably scratching your head thinking "wuh?" but it gets worse...Certain characters from both Marvel and DC were around before the creation of their multiverses. Some even created them such as the Monitor, Anti Monitor, the World Forger and Perpetua of DC then with Marvel I'm almost certain it was The One Above All who created their multiverse. Point is that those characters were born in the omniverse, so does this mean that they are aware of all the other multiverses that exist outside the scope of their own creations? What if those other multiverses have their own creators that will never be known? The omniverse theory is always a treat to discuss with like minded people, but it does all get very existential very quickly like I've shown with this text wall.

A better example of the Joker talking directly to the audience in comic books comes from the Joker's Asylum series of one-shots. The problem I have with the simulation theory is that K.E.V.I.N. would be in charge, so Deadpool, in the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer, pointing out that "Feige" said coke was the one thing that's off limits means Deadpool knows of our universe, not that he's in a simulation, but that he's part of a cinematic universe. If the simulation theory was true, he would've said K.E.V.I.N. or Kevinbot or whatever, not Feige.
I thought I would never watch theory when matt left, but the new guys are suprisingly amazing, like you huis give the same warm feeling of watching the og vids
This was a terrible poorly written theory. They didn't watch she hulk if they assume the inhibitor was for 4th wall breaking, it was not, in the show it merely is meant to suppress her powers and she continued to break the 4th wall with the inhibitor on. And Deadpool does in fact break the 4th wall prior to getting his powers. This video was poorly researched and cherry picked and lied about their information.

The "super-sane" thing can also be explained like the GTA Roleplay streamers. Their characters act those ways cause the Streamers know they're just playing a video game.
The biggest problem i have with simulation theory in general is wouldnt the highest universe simulator eventually run out of processing power, storage, or power.
On Rick and Morty it did. It also happened to their simulation's universe. I have not seen the episode in a while, so I don't remember what Rick used it for.

Though I didn't watch the show myself, and haven't read much up on the comics, I DO know that the She-Hulk series stars a character who is by all means highly based upon the mind of a toxic feminist. And THAT, is not okay. Like, every time a guy is shown on screen, they are either just actual womanizing douchbags in the show, or they get referred to as being dumb or wrong or lying by female characters in the show, even She-Hulk herself. The show, as far as I can tell, is incredibly sexist and supports the feminist agenda to such a degree they are actively trying to tread over men at any opportunity they are given, while telling the audience how badly treated women are and how much better women are then men... You know, instead of not having the show be about any gender agenda, and actually be respectful and good! Again, I haven't watched the show or read about She-Hulk myself... But I don't believe She-Hulk was loved in the comics for being a toxic feminist.
I could see Weapon-X trying to give Wade the power of Hyper-Awareness to make him a more effective assassin, only for it to work so well that it allows him to be aware of the broader picture of him being a comic character but can't work as well on lower levels.
alright dorks of the internet, raise your hands at 3:16 when he said to do your best superhero landing, who got up off their chairs and tried to do one then hurt yourself because you're really not in shape enough to do a superhero landing and ultimately just embarrassed yourself in front of your dog...
Fun Thing about Multiverses: If a Multiverse contains an infinite number of universes, each allowed to have different sets of natural laws, you can approximate any world arbitrarily closely. Thus every movie or show you watched, any game you played, any book you read, anything that had ever been imagined by a human - somewhere in that infinite multiverse this is reality. And you are the story.
NGL, if I broke an inhibitor and realized I was in a simulation, I would probably ask the sim gods to quickly put it back on. That sounds like a terribly stressful and scary reality to know about IRL. 😰
Honestly I would ask them to write a much better story. The current one is kind of lacking, the current villains are too evil it's stretching believability and like could we get magic or something? I feel like I would love it and would s#!t talk the audience and writers on a daily basis kinda like Deadpool.
20:09 Inhibitors were used in Deadpool 2 so that the mutant wouldn't be able to use their powers and because of that Deadpool's started dying of his cancer untill the inhibitors broke off
Didn’t Deadpool have an inhibitor in Deadpool 2? He was still able to break the fourth wall while wearing his collar and his other powers not working 🤔
You know, there was old 90's movie that had this very concept of layered simulations. It's called "The 13th Floor," featuring simulated 1999 scientists creating a simulated 1930s-40s.
Also the Deadpool in the comics knew that the reality he lives in is a comic reality and that nothing he does has actual consequences.
There's an ambiguity there. Is he aware of that or is that a psychological disorder?

"The ability to do all of this on a whim would make sense if it were some sort of simulation, like you were just changing the parameters in a game engine or something."
Or get this: in editing software, like a TV show.
A better example of the Joker talking directly to the audience in comic books comes from the Joker's Asylum series of one-shots. The framing device of these stories is that the Joker is telling them to you, the reader.
But this could be a second-person perspective of a visitor to Arkham, you might say.
To which i point you to "Joker's Asylum: Two-Face #1" by David Hine. To finish the story, you the reader will need a coin handy - ready to flip *at the Joker's behest.*
I can't remember the trade it's from I have, but he also references that he's in a comic book directly to Batman and says "He's playing the role".
Deadpool is really something to look forward too and this was an interesting theory to watch
I think that marvel has a problem of going way too big for their own good. What will happen after the final big fight scene on the Disney channel homepage?
I’ve even reacted to this film theory
Am I the only one who still gets suprised not hearing Matpats voice when when clicking on a theory video, even after all this time?
Bro it looks like your comment got invaded by skynet
We have him in GtLive, and I'm pretty familiar with all the hosts do to various appearances (Tom popping up on GtLive, Lee being the face of DidYouKnowGaming when he was running that, and Santi and Amy popping up in several episodes of their respective channels,) so for me it never struck me as something to get over 🤔 (Don't get me wrong, I love MatPat, but the fact that he still does stuff on GtLive keeps me from feeling like he's gone.)
@@captainbirch2.079 The bot comments all over TH-cam are such a nuisance, wish TH-cam would actually do something about it, given the fact that people are certainly reporting them 😕
@@homerman76 Lol I don’t really watch GTlive so for me it’s just like he’s been almost completely gone from theorist channels. He just has such an iconic voice that I can PERFECTLY imagine what it would sound like if he was narrating the channels, so I get shocked not hearing it. I love the new hosts though!!!
Yup
"Now, thats a pretty bold claim"
Hooooo boooooooiiii! MatPat really found someone worthy who could replace him.
Now after Deadpool and Wolverine the theory is a little unbelievable because of the existence of Nicepool who can't heal himself and therefore isn't a mutant but can still speak to the audience so there's no reason for Nicepool to have his collar removed somehow
I would like to politely disagree with your statement that wade never breaks the fourth wall until after the experiment. Wade mentioned the flop that was the movie green lantern. He mentions the green and animated suit when he was taken in before any experiments happened
Yeah they really dropped the ball with this one
Francis also says he will sew his mouth shut, to which he replies "Ohhh, I wouldn't do that if I were you," referencing the """"Deadpool"""" from X-Men Origins: Wolverine
My name is not Trevor... But this is not the first time somebody has made that mistake.
11:33 a kid is watching Deadpool that's bad parenting there
@UTTPWorldPolice more like spam police
When Ultron "breaks the 4th wall" hes not seeing the audience (*yet*) but instead talking to the Watcher.
The Futurama episode "All The Way Down" is an excellent example of the simulation theory.
Sees the name
"Well if you want to stop that you can use surfshark"
20:15 I’m fairly certain the mention of Inhibitors was in reference to the power inhibitor that stopped her from turning into She-hulk.
These videos intentionally forget key details to make the theory work
@@mr.martian7065 You can't intentionally forget something that makes no sense.
@johnman8398 sure you can. This is by definition how and why flat earthers exist. They will go on planes and claim it should dip down to prove the earth is round and nonchalantly mention "Oh yeah, I don't believe in gravity lol"
@@coletrainhetrickNo you can't your example hasn't proven anything. That's not an example of intentionally forgetting something.
@@johnman8398 While I agree that neither this video nor flat earthers are an example of intentionally forgetting something, more similar to either simply forgetting or lying, it is possible for people to force their brains to forget information.
So I didn’t know what to expect after Matt left but I’ll be honest, this guy has been doing a fantastic job and has captivated my attention with the many different theories since taking over.
Lee really said “Free Guy was just Ryan Reynolds telling us the MCU lore”
7:30 madcap...
matcap...
matpat... will be missed
we definitely need another theory on TADC, EP 2 really shows a lot more of the lore along with us finding out that Caine can just delete people it’s a flick of a finger.
What is TADC
@@HarperM. what showed up in a search engine for me is The Amazing Digital Circus, and Caine is an AI that controls it. That might be what they're talking about, but I don't know for sure.
If Wade expects me to believe that pegging is somehow new to Disney…he must not be familiar with this universe…
I mean I'm pretty sure none of that art has gone public. I think it was more him saying pegging was never in a Disney Film until his movie.
7:06 okay so my main problem is with naming dissociative identity disorder.
It would not dissociative identity disorder. However, I would say it is a dissociative disorder not otherwise specified. The difference is that with DID they take over/share the body, however with ddnos, they just influence and make commentary/share the mind. Dissociative disorders happen on a spectrum of severity. I know this because I have dissociative identity disorder.
I love the simulation theory. Also worth noting that in Deadpool 2, Wade addresses the camera directly while wearing a dampener.
Random Person: "Life is a simulation."
Tom: "No, the MCU is a simulation."
Out of all of the new theorist replacements after Matpat, you’re my favorite
There have been some great theories lately
Get the bots they come like flies
Seems like you caught a total of 7 so far, wonder when they will all suddenly disappear like they usually do.
Spent the video’s duration reporting them while watching. Crazy how they flock to every comment
@@tgnauticaThey never disappeare
12:32 "Adapted pretty faithfully..."
Yeah, right.
Lol, true when he said that I looked at the screen weirdly because that's a load of bull
5:20 I can't stop laughing at this 😂😂
This is a really fun observation, gonna keep it in mind when I watch Deadpool 3
Did he really just say she hulk was adapted faithfully?
I have been scrolling the comments just to find someone who agrees with me…thank you
She-Hulk isn’t actually bad. Just wacky and overwhelming
@@JustACactus616 No its bad
100% this
Dude getting called out right at the beginning made me pause the video in complete shock 😂😂😂
18:45 K.E.V.I.N. USES THE REALITY, TIME AND SPACE STONES
15:25 Alongside all the universes listed, you didn’t mention that galactus doesn’t have any multiverse variants, meaning anything that galactus appears in could be canon to the MCU.
I love how the simulation answer is the exact same as a regular 4th wall break
3:13 digimon reference spotted. Potential Digimon theory in the books?
meanwhile: the guy named trevor who didnt subscribe: wait wha-
famous last words huh
Thankfully I was already subscribed
The problem I have with the simulation theory is that K.E.V.I.N. would be in charge, so Deadpool, in the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer, pointing out that "Feige" said coke was the one thing that's off limits means Deadpool knows of our universe, not that he's in a simulation, but that he's part of a cinematic universe. If the simulation theory was true, he would've said K.E.V.I.N. or Kevinbot or whatever, not Feige.
These theories intentionally forget key details to sell their wrong idea
I thought I would never watch theory when matt left, but the new guys are suprisingly amazing, like you huis give the same warm feeling of watching the og vids
This was a terrible poorly written theory. They didn't watch she hulk if they assume the inhibitor was for 4th wall breaking, it was not, in the show it merely is meant to suppress her powers and she continued to break the 4th wall with the inhibitor on. And Deadpool does in fact break the 4th wall prior to getting his powers. This video was poorly researched and cherry picked and lied about their information.
14:20 it is like playing Sims while having a green icon over your and the sims you playing also playing sims
I'm starting to like this guy more and more with each new episode
Same
@OfficerRobGronkowskiUTTP your content is 🤢🤮💩, don't go telling lies, skibidi toilet is better, any and all content besides you is better than your 💩, so stay quiet ok kid? Matpat will be missed and you won't ok kid?
First time watching after matpat. Dude, you're awesome at this, and i look forward to watching further episodes.
The "super-sane" thing can also be explained like the GTA Roleplay streamers. Their characters act those ways cause the Streamers know they're just playing a video game.
12:31 Faithfully?🤨
This video is awesome, I haven’t thought about 4th wall breaking characters in a while.
10:22 am i the only one who thought of
*Him* when i saw the line "stage four cancer"?
God i miss technoblade
The biggest problem i have with simulation theory in general is wouldnt the highest universe simulator eventually run out of processing power, storage, or power.
On Rick and Morty it did. It also happened to their simulation's universe. I have not seen the episode in a while, so I don't remember what Rick used it for.
Maybe they're advanced enough to surpass that, or maybe they put us on ×10000000 speed and are just checking out the highlights
@@ariesearthdragon ot was a battery for his car. There's also an episode where some dumb aliens lock Rick & Jerry in a simulation
This was a great video. So entertaining but not too complex. Plenty of info I hadn’t heard but not too long. Well done!

God i love Lee’s narrator voice, it’s so soothing somehow

I can’t wait to see a new Deadpool
Need some anime theories as well , miss those
No
Ew
@UTTPisBetterThanDannoCal incorrect
Only two real replies, sorry. But yeah, those were some good theories, and I dislike anime for the most part
Fr, I would love to see some anime theories
They’re changing the thumbnail, a few hours ago it was the Mr beast buried alive thumbnail but Deadpool and now it’s him eating a Sunday in a golden jet
I'm sooooooo blown away by all the research and infos used in this theory, I can't even imagine the amount who has been done and didn't make it into the theory !
So, you’re saying Ryan Reynolds is just a simulation? I knew it!
That one guy named Trevor watching this:
yeah. im now closing all of my windows
12:28 The moment that Lee said that the She-Hulk Disney Plus series was a faithful adaptation, I lost a little respect for him
Though I didn't watch the show myself, and haven't read much up on the comics, I DO know that the She-Hulk series stars a character who is by all means highly based upon the mind of a toxic feminist.
But I don't believe She-Hulk was loved in the comics for being a toxic feminist.
same here
I'm mad that this makes WAY more sense than any in-universe explanation that the MCU has put out so far
yall were cookin this one up for a while 👌🏾
16:04 I think it’s the other way around, multiple timelines exist inside different universes.
7:01 my fully diagnosed self watching this 👁️👄👁️
I could see Weapon-X trying to give Wade the power of Hyper-Awareness to make him a more effective assassin, only for it to work so well that it allows him to be aware of the broader picture of him being a comic character but can't work as well on lower levels.
alright dorks of the internet, raise your hands at 3:16 when he said to do your best superhero landing, who got up off their chairs and tried to do one

Fun Thing about Multiverses:
If a Multiverse contains an infinite number of universes, each allowed to have different sets of natural laws, you can approximate any world arbitrarily closely.
Thus every movie or show you watched, any game you played, any book you read, anything that had ever been imagined by a human - somewhere in that infinite multiverse this is reality. And you are the story.
17:28 they should of had kevin feige voice the robot
NGL, if I broke an inhibitor and realized I was in a simulation, I would probably ask the sim gods to quickly put it back on. That sounds like a terribly stressful and scary reality to know about IRL. 😰
This is Cipher's motivation in the Matrix
Honestly I would ask them to write a much better story. The current one is kind of lacking, the current villains are too evil it's stretching believability and like could we get magic or something? I feel like I would love it and would s#!t talk the audience and writers on a daily basis kinda like Deadpool.
Deadpool getting his neck broken broke his inhibitor 20:44
Its 21 min long💀
“But it is for Disney”
**Proceeds to break the fourth wall**
20:09 Inhibitors were used in Deadpool 2 so that the mutant wouldn't be able to use their powers and because of that Deadpool's started dying of his cancer untill the inhibitors broke off
14:43 I really hate the idea
Didn’t Deadpool have an inhibitor in Deadpool 2? He was still able to break the fourth wall while wearing his collar and his other powers not working 🤔
You know, there was old 90's movie that had this very concept of layered simulations. It's called "The 13th Floor," featuring simulated 1999 scientists creating a simulated 1930s-40s.
Did he just call me out? "I can see you Trevor" can he see me?
This was a fun theory to watch, you've been doing great Lee ^_^
