One thing I noticed about Korean fans of specific groups is that on those MR videos of other idols they'll be in the comments talking about how it's normal to sound unstable and shaky while dancing, but with le sserafim, they call them "bad singers" for not sounding stable when dancing and singing lol😭
I don't play into all the fan wars and the mess going on in the HYBE building. I pay attention to the music and Lesserifim have a lot of good songs that I like. Easy, Smart, EPBW, Impurities and Perfect Night. There member Jennifer is writing on a lot of these songs that shows her talent.
Every time le sserafim performs they dance really really strong and well, which makes them one of the best kpop group in terms of dancing, but dancing really strong makes their vocals shaky and unstable. And this performance just shows the fact that if they just focused on their vocals and minimize their dancing, they can also sing pretty well.
That’s the worst thing to happen
I love their wild dancing. I think they shouldn’t give up on making good dancing performances. NOT all their fans criticized the vocals. I hope they can keep doing the good dances for those who truly love them
@@akira658 Yes and they all dancing there as the way they always did, but what I mean is that, minimizing their dancing only if it's their time to sing would make the performance even better. For instance, sakura didn't shake her chest in her part which her vocal comes out stable and great.
Their vocals have been fine for all the lives i have seen. So i am unsure what ur talking about. No group or solo is perfect and can nail every live.

Can't believe some people think that they were lip singing, they can't take the fact that they are working hard to improve
i believe there's autone and a backing track but only in like 10% of the song (if you listen very closely at the end of kazuha's first line the sound of her voice suddenly changes)
However I believe like 90% of the song is still fully live, and I don't think there's a single part with lip singing

Y’all love pointing out those “autotuned” parts, when you can notice their efforts in the performance. They even toned their energy down for dancing because they’re obviously singing. they are not getting better , they just are !!! this was just a few days after week 1 of coachella and before week 2, there must have being something wrong during the first week in coachella , maybe a combination of tiredness, nervousness and bad managing of the stage , idk but they are amazing !! a couple of bad performances (only vocal wise btw) and they became the worst group ever ... people just like to hate ...
@@romina372 Agree. As a long time yg stan, I'm so used to a good live performance, so I can say that Le Sserafim's vocal is weak and they need to improve. But as kim se jong said "the lack of skill is okay, as long as you don't show it on stage." Le sserafim usually cover their lack of vocal skill pretty well, but in Coachella first week, they overexcited and getting out of breath easily, hence it drained their energy as the show goes. I believe they can show a better performance if the were calmer.

A lot of mean people in these comments have made me realize people are way to quick to judge. the Coachella performance and the encore are the only things they choose to acknowledge they refuse to see improvement from the girls out of fear that they won’t have anything to hate on anymore. Some of koreans keep commenting about hearing mechanical sounds at back ground. Those sounds are part of the song. Smart song was created with those mechanical sounds effect. Have them even not heard smart song from CD?
They love to hate on literally everything, they're so miserable
They do have a little bit on playback that sounds metallic-y and rely on it at the end of their lines (especially noticeable with Kazuha). I do think that this is 100% understandable for any K-pop performer, because holding a long note with your lower-medium register while dancing sounds really difficult and unreliable. That doesn't take away from their improvements. I feel bad for the girls because they obviously just needed some kind of mentoring to guide them. Nobody was ever glaringly off-pitch or lacking timing in ways that other idols have displayed before, it just feels like they beneficiated from exterior advice for their dancing, but never their singing. That should've been part of their comeback preparations from the beginning.

ngl you all just skip on the hard choreo and expect them to sound like studio is so damn d*mb, even in the end Chae won and Yunjin pulled of the high note yet some self tittled know it all kpop stans are butthurt. These girls have caught my eye since their debut. They work damn hard and that's why they have succeeded so much. Their stage presence has always been good and wait till their next comeback cause yeahh they're fearless.
This is what I'm saying. Has anyone tried to do that weird body roll/ hip thrust move and sing much less breathe normally? I try constantly and I commend them so much for even being able to do that.
Their compani gives them consistently hard choreo and songs that are not entirely in their vocal range and people expect magic from them? That's insane.

they should've done this a long time ago sakura is not good at high register but surprisingly stable at lower while chaewon/yunjin are way more comfortable on high register yet source force these 2 to sing low notes especially on EASY when they could've done this balance instead..

I love their singing on this stage. I rememberd Yunjin and Sakura's great singing on another stage, but I did not know Chaewon, Kazuha, and Eunchae are sutch great singers. Kazuha is great dancer, but her singing is so amazing.
