Singapore previously also had 20x Dennis Tridents (DM5000 bodywork) that HK had cancelled (supposedly due to regulatory changes), though minus the rear windows. I like Skopje the most due the reason I came from Croatia and I think is very good thing that one of towns in former Yugoslavia has a doubledeck buses.
I agree with you, mumbai double decker system should have been on the list! They are really cool looking, they look like an utilitarian version of the typical london double decker.
You forgot Melbourne's twin steering axle double deckers. Also the current Alexander Denis Enviro 400 in National Express West Midlands platinum livery is one of the best looking buses in the world

Wow, I have visited all these cites except Seattle! So glad you included Skopje, I love these buses and was lucky enough to attend their launch in 2011.
Our school (when it was officially the school for deaf people), was in London around 2005 (the year of my birth and of attack in the, as you said, double-decker bus (i.e. Alexander Dennis Trident 2) and, after the attack, producent of the bus wanted to remember the victims of this incident with the "Spirit of London" (produced for Stagecoach, on behalf of TfL, rolling stock number 19000), the first Enviro400 ever produced), but not in 2007, when the East London line was closed the latter year to become the Overground in the next year (2008). My grandma, Jadwiga Filek (surname after her husband) also went there in 2015. However, I was never been in London, but I were in Dublin thrice (2012, 2015 and 2019) to visit my aunt, Agnieszka Walencik (who lives in Ireland since 2007).
The City Master buses in Skopje look interesting. They certainly put London's attempt with the "New Routemaster" buses to retain something of the classic look & feel of the original AEC Routemasters to shame.
I'm from the UK so my favourite double decker is the Enviro 400 but all the double deckers on this video look really cool. The Original Routemaster is the greatest double decker ever & I like the new Routemaster aswell

I am British, so I should not be surprised that seven of your choices are either British cities or cities which used to be ruled by Britain and still drive on the left. The Borismasters (illustrated at 11m 30s) have three - like the Berlin double-decks. While double-decks are rare outside Britian and Ireland, Sweden has discovered that they are very effective on inter-urban routes. Two examples, both where the journey is about one hour.
